The food was… good. Nothing overly special, but good, and worthy of a 4-star rating. HOWEVER, they seated us RIGHT NEXT to a room full of people there for a medical sales presentation, with a particularly loud and obnoxious presenter who was interrupted sporadically by loud and obnoxious videos.Our waitress even laughingly apologized for the noisy atmosphere. The excuse for seating us here? A “busy” restaurant, but we passed by at least 4 empty tables on our way to be seated at our 4 top.Not only was the noise an issue, but we had to ask them to turn the harsh lighting back off when they blinded us to present service to the large party next door.Then there was the excessive wait for our food as they dealt with serving the large party.So, yeah… the food was OK, but the way they treated us as a nuisance (for which we had the honor of paying $80 for 3 meals) was not. No return trip in our future.

My first time visiting the restaurant and we ended leaving because no one would take our order , they gave us our menu and water and it was taken forever for a person to take our order, we left and I made another waitress aware why we were leaving but they all acted as per they did not care, I hear food was good but the service was awful

I ordered takeout for my wife's birthday from Grubhub. 4 items at about $25 a pop. Only 3 of the items showed up, and 2 of the 3 were wrong. I went to the Grubhub app to complain, and they offered me a $5 credit. So I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager (also the owner). He patiently listened to my rant, thanked me for calling him, and promised to make it right. He showed up personally at my door in 20 MINUTES with the correct order, and a slice of cake for my wife.I can't tell you how long it's been since I experienced actual customer service. I am slightly ashamed for the state I was in when I called but he handled it like a professional.This place is a Columbus legacy with great food and I would definitely order again!

We arrived on Weds at 6pm 1/31/24 for a large family gathering ??? in honor of my late mother and father in laws 60th wedding anniversary. Of course we made a reservation. My wife and I wanted the prime rib special. Our server said all that was left were 2 cuts. So of course we ordered them. They were awful not prepared as we requested and full of fat. Very disappointed ☹️ Nothing like it used to be back in the 70's and 80's ? I would recommend you go on Weds at opening in order to get your monies worth for the prime rib ? I don't recommend this location at all!!!
Dec today that I would finally hit Milano’s Italian Restaurant up. My waitress was India, she and the rest of the staff were wonderful. They checked on me adequately and kept my water full. I ordered the Rigatoni and a side of Alfredo. Came with a salad which was nice and fresh. I had Honey French dressing which was delicious. The Rigatoni had a nice tastey sauce with a cheesy topping that could have have been baked a little longer. The highlight of the meal was the breadsticks surprisingly. They had the perfect crispness to them. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to try more of the menu.

Cannot say enough how disappointing my recent visit was. Food quality was nowhere near as good as past visits and chicken Parmesan was cold when it was served. Portions were very small and server was overwhelmed. One server for our party of 21. Server was trying her best but it was hard to ask her to correct the cold food servings. Bread sticks were overcooked and hard to eat. Salad was wilted and brown. Definitely will not return anytime soon.
