Visited for brunch on a Sunday morning at 9am to find the cafe already packed and booming! Was lucky to find a table up top after giving my order to the kind and helpful staff!Started off with their single origin coffee which was absolutely delicious! I also opted in for the Cloud Nine Pancakes and cannot recommend them enough. They were the fluffiest pancakes I think I’ve ever had and was just the right portion!My friends also opted in for the Deluxe Egg Sandwich, the ham & cheese croissant, and the strawberry smoothie which were all so phenomenal as well!I cannot recommend this place more for quality food, service, and atmosphere. Will definitely be revisiting for breakfast soon!Parking: There are multiple lots in Easton as well as some street parking, but can be hard to nag a spot depending on time of day.

The veggie burger is bland and almost inedible. Vegetarians have better taste than that. It can be vegan without the cheese but they add mustard and it was almost repulsive. The side salad was trash. They need to take the entire thing off of the menu. The pizza was basic for $18. The chips and dip was basic and the dip looked like cat vomit, it wasn’t enjoyed. The ginger ale wasn’t as good as it used to be. I will never visit any North Star Cafe locations ever again. It was a huge waste of our time and money.

The food is overpriced for what it is, the atmosphere could be better (it’s always busy. They need to find a new space or have less tables), it’s very cramped.The service in my opinion is the worst - dining in or take out. Dining in is always busy, and I have to wait a while when my glass is empty to even flag someone down to refill it (which I really shouldn’t have to ask). They also lean in to hear you better because it’s so crowded and it’s frankly uncomfortable.Take away used to be better, especially now that covid is a thing, but now they have girls waiting curbside who come up directly to your door when you open it, and I mean directly. The girl who helped me had no mask and stood within 2 feet of me, I could’ve touched her without reaching! Completely inappropriate and unprofessional especially because of covid. She sees hundreds of people a day and then got within my very personal space. After that encounter, I really don’t feel safe anymore, the pandemic is still happening whether those girls want to ignore it or not.Overall, overpriced for what it is and the service is just terrible and invades your personal space.Parking: The only options are the 5 minute pick up and very few handicap spots, otherwise there’s no close parking. People will mobility issues will have problems getting to the establishment.
