Absolute must-stop in Columbus. Best iced capp I’ve ever had. Lots of booths and seating at this location. My kids love their baked goods. Knowledgeable and friendly baristas. Can’t go wrong here!

Great beverage selection and AMAZING offerings from the kitchen. This particular location is my favorite daytime spot in Franklinton.

I always love coming to One Line to study! The vibes are great - big windows bringing in the sunlight and views of downtown. The baristas have the best playlists too. Their matcha is a classic - not too sweet and the perfect earthy flavor.

Coffee was good service was good. Not a big fan of the pride and blm stuff all over the walls inside. All gender bathroom? Won’t be

Local indie owned coffee shop with quality sourced ingredients. Scratch made Café breakfast staples until noon, house-made pastry all day, seasonal specialities throughout the year.

The experience is made by the vibe one gets off the start. Great ,respectful staff, good recommendations of macchiato, and the food has a great taste!

I'm sorry for being a public menace and coughing all over the place. I've since been restrained. By a friend. Consensually. But I'm so grateful to have been able enjoy the tomato basil scone as my last public meal for the time being. It was so warm, perfectly moist/dry-balanced, and pasta-reminicent. Milligan's maple latte did not taste particularly like maple but that's ok. It also did not taste like Milligan, whoever that is. Interior is very spacious and has adorable wood and grey tones. Not too noisy too, so a great study spot! My only complaint is that you can only be logged onto the wifi for 90min-2hrs at a time so you have to keep getting up to get wifi codes from the workers. But the service is very nice and it's certainly not their fault

Ordered two honey lattes and we almost threw up from the first sip. It seems like he put half a gallon of honey in it, we couldn’t drink it that’s how sweet it was. I’ve never tasted such an over sweetened coffee in my entire life before. I was so excited for nothing.

The coffee here is amazing. It truly couldn't be better. However, they could work on the friendliness, and that starts at the top. The manager does not say hello or get to know your face or order. I find it extremely odd. Every other coffee shop where I've become a regular the manager has always been welcoming. Not here. Some of the baristas are friendly, but some say nothing. It makes for an odd experience when no one seems to be glad you're there. The coffee is ridiculously delicious though, and I'll keep going back but I wish they were nicer.

Had my first experience at One Line today and it won’t be my last. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a pour over and it was delish! It’s a nice place with a very welcoming atmosphere.

We got iced pumpkin spice lattes and they were delicious. And the two people working were so freaking nice and welcoming!! It was cute inside too. I will definitely be back :)

There's plenty of reasons to love this place. It's super spacious inside (has a patio, too), cozy, has lots of outlets, natural light, and good WiFi. It was a perfect place for me to plug in and get work done while in town (it was pretty quiet all afternoon). The drink menu has all the coffee shop essentials, plus some more interesting/seasonal options. They serve wines and beers, too, and they're open late; I love a place where I can get a late evening cup of coffee though! My iced oat milk latte was pretty much perfection with quality espresso. I usually keep it simple, but I also tried their PSL; the fall flavors came through, and it definitely beats what you'd get from a typical chain *coughStarbuckscough*. Baked goods (sweet and savory) all looked amazing. The blueberry lemon scone and blueberry cinnamon muffin were both moist, well-balanced, not super sweet, and I'd gladly eat again. The staff here are pretty cool, too. Nothing but thumbs up from me!
