They seem a little understaffed for breakfast catering orders. Our delivery was over an hour late. The sandwiches did arrive fresh and warm and the catering staff was very friendly - hustling to set up and make it right.

I can tell what type of people own this place. When you sign into wifi, instead of the normal Panera login, you get their pointless login which is pointless, but they’ll take your email for free anyway (for data selling purposes i assume). The coffee is so weak it tastes like tea. The paper towel dispenser in the bathroom dispenses a three inch strip of paper towel at a time. Generous! Besides these aspects, it’s clear that the store operates on a skeleton crew at all times. Wow, Covelli, the largest operator of Panera stores, you really seem like a bunch of bloodthirsty, borderline unethical greed hounds.

Not the most hygienic place went through the drive through i saw about 7 teens just on their phone with their bare hands ??♀️ not sure if they was their hands or wear gloves after but its pretty gross. And then they make your food…

I had to go back inside FOUR times this morning because that’s how many things they messed up in my order. And instead of being helpful, the manager decides to make a scene because she can’t get her staff to operate effectively.

So this location is tough to review, ill explain. The staff that IS there, does a good job for the most part and is courteous and friendly. Unfortunately it seems they are ALWAYS understaffed here ..Im not sure what the GM does here, but they really need to do a better job staffing this location as it suffers badly from lack of adequate staffing...The one woman I think her name is Holly, is always running around there trying to put out fires and seems very stressed at times, but does an amazing job! Also Chris who works the drive thru is a great guy very friendly! Food is always good here, although wait times can be atrocious! Sometimes they open late, dont have the drive thru running, amongst many other things but i am a regular here and enjoy interacting with the staff! They keep this store well maintained and clean especially with the lack of employees.

I'm giving a rate to 8811 Orion pl, Columbus, OH, everything is good just they hire lots of part timers without enough training and knowledge about the Menu & Special Offers, for the 3rd consecutive week, we went there and the employee taking the order was not aware of the offer of ordering 4 sandwiches at a time
