Very unprofessional staff. Young man working the front counter couldn't be bothered to make eye contact or say hello or ask what can I get you? The kitchen staff were all cackling, screwing off for over an hour while I was there. There appears to be zero lack of management, unless the manager is one of these young people joking around. Unprofessional place. Needs to be audited by corporate.
They are now gatekeeping some of their best items behind the counter, but they are generally good in store. Delivery is hit or miss, but I don't blame that on the store themselves. Put in a rapid pickup order at 6am. Rapid advertises that you can skip the line...However that was not the case this morning. I watched about 11 people that were at the bottom of the list when I walked in move in front of me Usually this has never happened before as I frequently order Panera every week. Not anymore for a while. A 20 min wait is unacceptable. Yesterday I ordered a rapid and i got the wrong order. Due to so many issues this week, will not be going for a while.
