Edit: they never showed up with the other pizzas we ordered and didn't even bother issuing a refund. Unprofessional, and just pure lazy. Id avoid this store and maybe just get pizza from dominos. Never again will I go to any Papa John's.--original review--We came to see a concert at the King of Clubs and needed a late dinner, and Papa John's is our favorite. Unfortunately, we where only delivered 1 pizza, when we had ordered a few. I called the store and within minutes they corrected the misunderstanding, sent them out, and where so kind about it. Always love Papa Johns, but when you get some of the best customer service it makes it even better.

Have been a customer for years, but recently the pizza has not been so good. Last order was completely wrong, and under cooked. Replied to their survey, manager John called me back and told me I was to get a refund. It's been a month, no refund. I've called twice, first time an employee wasn't able to give me a refund and said the manager would call back... Never happened. 2nd time I called a very nice guy said he processed my refund, but still haven't seen it. Its been nearly 1 month, still nothing. So disappointed with the entire experience

I ordered 2 extra large pizzas tonight. They were supposed to be original crust and square cut. One was to have pepperoni, mushrooms, and pineapple. I can really only see the pepperoni, the mushrooms and pineapple are very minimal. The other pizza was to have pepperoni, mushrooms, and sausage. Again plenty of pepperoni, but mushrooms and sausage were also lacking. They were also supposed to be square cut, but both were normal cut.Very disappointed.

I will 100 percent never get this place again, first thing to point out is they poisoned me and my cousins food, made us insanely sick and lucky we didn’t need to go to the hospital, secondly the the food was also incredibly late and already cold and mushy when we got it, thirdly the delivery driver didn’t understand what directions are at all and took another 30 minutes to find us after he got to our place, fourthly they think I would be so funny give us one of our pizza boxes and have nothing inside, the fact that this place is still open is quite literally a joke.

The people are rude, the food is disgusting, the delivery always takes at least 30 min longer than stated, and the food is always the incorrect order. Absolutely horrible, DO NOT ORDER HERE.
Ordered 2 pizzas and boneless wings, they only delivered 1 pizza and traditional wings. The pizza they did deliver, we only ate 1 slice and had food poisoning for 5 days after. I really don’t understand how this pathetic place can still be open.

I love papa John’s…My husband not so much. So we don’t get pizza from here often, however whenever we do our order seems to be messed up. This previous time was no exception. We received the wrong pizza, but more importantly our cinnamon pull aparts were not even edible (see attached photo). Upon calling the location to complain, the “resolution” was to tell me the next time I order I will get a free dessert. I’m not sure how that is even possible as my information was not confirmed, I typically order online as a guest, and after this who is to say there will be a next time?

This Papa John’s has really disappointed me the last 4 times I’ve ordered here. Last night I thought I’d give them another chance and called in and ordered a medium veggie pizza with extra sauce (noted that the past two times I’ve ordered, the pizza’s barely had sauce on them). I also ordered a 2liter. The wait time was 30-35 mins. An hour went by, so I called to check on it and the system said it was delivered. I open my door and the pizza was on the step without my 2 liter. (The delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door or ring the doorbell). I then called back in to let them know they forgot my 2 liter that I had already paid for and pre tipped the delivery driver as well.. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes I called back 3 more times and the final time I blocked my number to call and they picked up. The same guy answered who placed my order I explained to him that the pizza was cold, the toppings were only on half of the pizza and I didn’t get my Mountain Dew. He said he can’t do anything about it and I told him all I wanted was my 2 liter that I paid for it my money back. He said he can’t do that and he would transfer me to someone else. Then I was hung up on. Terrible service. I paid almost $25 (with a tip) for a medium veggie (half) pizza and 2 litter which I never received. Please do better. Things are too expensive these days to be stealing from your customers and treating them poorly.

omg , ordered a chzy calzone - the works pizza was not cooked fully biting into the pizza and my crust was raw , called and asked then to replace my pizza , I was given the run around ! Update - The night manager James is amazing , replaced my pizza and threw in drinks to make it right , even went the extra mile and paid for my uber there and back . Was such a pleasant person and understanding of my situation now I will say 10/10 pizza was fresh and he is the best !!!
