Can’t rate the food because they never delivered. I had the app open tracking status while watching out the window. Never got pizza. Called and they said I would receive a refund. 3 business days later still no refund. Management what management. It’s a joke. Never had a problem with Papa John’s anywhere else.

They are legitimately the ONLY pizza place?I will order from and only one that I have ordered from in quite some time, and that's for multiple reasons. The first and arguably one of the most important reasons why is because the food is always yummy?, delivered literally steaming hot♨️, it's very reasonably priced, and of the multiple different delivery drivers that's delivered my food they've all been very polite and respectful. The second reason being that my order has ALWAYS on time and if for whatever reason there happens to be an issue with the order **which happened once and that was the bottle of pop I wanted another driver who was not my delivery driver had taken the last one of that kind** they called me immediately to see what I wanted instead. The third reason is when downloading/using the Papa John's app and ordering your food that way each & every order total goes towards the $10 of free Papa Dough you get with every $75 spent and that be used towards everything on the menu and with this location/app it actually works. Fourth and final reason I'll list {there's a couple more but I feel there's more than enough reasons above to hopefully convince anyone that happens to stumble across and see? or read? this review?} is that I've NEVER experienced an issue of any kind during the almost 9 months I've been ordering from here like I did almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I either did or attempted to order from the Canal Winchester Domino's location. Probably seems or sounds like I'm being dramatic/over-exaggerating but I'd seriously have to use both of my hands✋???to count the sheer amount of times using the pizza tracking part of the Domino's app it'd go from saying "order is in oven & etc .." to it then getting cancelled for usually, but not always, lack of delivery drivers**}.So to say I'm grateful for this place is putting it MILDLY lol?

There is always something wrong with the order or some sort of "technical difficulty " yet they don't call to inform you of these "difficulties" until its been a couple hours and you call wondering where your order is and its an oh by the way thing ? pitiful.
The pizza from here is usually up to par with Papa Johns. However, when we got it from here last time, the pizza seemed like it was rushed and not fully cooked. Pizza was real dough like, sauce didn't seem to stick and toppings were scarce. Unfortunately, I had low expectations when the young girl cashier gave me instant attitude soon as I walked in the place. No greeting, just a blank stare like I was bothering her. After telling her what I ordered, just gave it to me and gave me that blank stare again... I'm not even that old but I am old enough to say that I am getting tired of this young workforce. The instant attitude like someone owes you something is ridiculous. So on that note, I told myself, family and friends. Let's just not go back, simple as that. Papa John's, you win some, you lose some. Hopefully I am the only one you lose.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Hannah the shift manager is rude, disrespectful, and ignorant! I paid over $35 worth of pizza. Pizza came cold, garlic sauce was opened and spilled inside the box. I paid for extra cheese and there was barely any cheese on the pizza let alone sauce! She was argumentative and refused to remake the pizza if if I brought the delivered pizza back to them.

Let me just say a very bad situation occurred because a neighbors pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I would think you all would have replaced the young man's order since it was a delivery error. He had to pay another 40.00 for his order to be replaced which is sad. Also, just a reminder this area is growing with new homes and apartments being built I hope this facility works on your customer service so you can better serve the community.
