“This location is, as others have noted, inconsistent. But I had a coupon and it was a cold night out so - I ordered delivery.I had some concerns when watching the tracker. I called and spoke to Jazmine. She was wonderful, and made sure I got the pizzas exactly how I wanted them. She even included a note on one of the boxes! Thank you, Jazmine, for providing excellent customer service and for making sure the pizza boxes were sealed when out for delivery. This is a little thing and probably extra work for you, but it meant something. The pizza was baked appropriately and had the appropriate amount of toppings - something I haven't seen before from this store. “When paying for the pizza I put my card in and was told only takes pin not credit. I put pin in then told it was denied and needed put pin # in again. I got suspicious and paid in cash. Service was not helpful or knowledgeable in payment method.“
“omg , ordered a chzy calzone - the works pizza was not cooked fully biting into the pizza and my crust was raw , called and asked then to replace my pizza , I was given the run around ! Update - The night manager James is amazing , replaced my pizza and threw in drinks to make it right , even went the extra mile and paid for my uber there and back . Was such a pleasant person and understanding of my situation now I will say 10/10 pizza was fresh and he is the best !!!“

“I went to order a pizza today through the online app. I accidentally ordered for pickup because I had the settings set to my last order which was pick up when my husband was home. I realized my mistake when the pizza tracker showed it was for pickup. I don’t drive and so I called the store and the associate was very helpful did his best to try and make it for delivery and just have me pay the rest of the fee, after a few minutes of trying he was unable to adjust it in the computer. So he kindly cancelled my order and refunded my money. Immediately my money was refunded and my Papa Johns $10 pizza awards credit I had used was also refunded. I was able to place a second order right away and have it delivered to my house. The delivery man Charles M. was so nice and friendly. He told me they made me a fresh pizza for me right after I placed the second order to ensure I had a perfect experience and fresh pizza. I have been under a lot of stress recently and this man’s kindness and the kindness of the store staff really meant a lot to me and so I wanted to leave this nice positive review. I usually order from here about once a week or so. The picture I am including, the pizza is half gone and I was so hungry when it got here I ate it right away, so this is after it has been sitting in the fridge for a bit. It was delicious!“

Say what you want to about how this place operates, but the care and concern that I witnessed in the face of insults deserves to be called out. “They are legitimately the ONLY pizza place?I will order from and only one that I have ordered from in quite some time, and that's for multiple reasons. The first and arguably one of the most important reasons why is because the food is always yummy?, delivered literally steaming hot♨️, it's very reasonably priced, and of the multiple different delivery drivers that's delivered my food they've all been very polite and respectful. The second reason being that my order has ALWAYS on time and if for whatever reason there happens to be an issue with the order **which happened once and that was the bottle of pop I wanted another driver who was not my delivery driver had taken the last one of that kind** they called me immediately to see what I wanted instead. The third reason is when downloading/using the Papa John's app and ordering your food that way each & every order total goes towards the $10 of free Papa Dough you get with every $75 spent and that be used towards everything on the menu and with this location/app it actually works. Fourth and final reason I'll list {there's a couple more but I feel there's more than enough reasons above to hopefully convince anyone that happens to stumble across and see? or read? this review?} is that I've NEVER experienced an issue of any kind during the almost 9 months I've been ordering from here like I did almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I either did or attempted to order from the Canal Winchester Domino's location. Probably seems or sounds like I'm being dramatic/over-exaggerating but I'd seriously have to use both of my hands✋???to count the sheer amount of times using the pizza tracking part of the Domino's app it'd go from saying "order is in oven & etc .." to it then getting cancelled for usually, but not always, lack of delivery drivers**}.So to say I'm grateful for this place is putting it MILDLY lol?“
