The place wasn’t all that busy and we waited an hour, even asking for a waiter on two separate occasions after the 30 minute mark. “ Yeah we will be right there.” Never even had anyone come to the table, left hungry after an hour of being entirely ignored as a party of 6. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

Inside was full, but staff said we could sit outside.We approached staff twice over the next hour to make sure they knew we were there, but never got service. My partner and I came here before a show. Were from out of town and I have good allergies and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! Will definitely be back when I'm in Columbus. P.S. get a full order of wings and not a half. So worth it.Dietary restrictions: I have alpha-gal syndrome. Menu was full of chicken and fish options but there is cross contamination so be safe!
Pecan Penny's has catered 2 of my event so far and has completely blown it out of the water. Food was absolutely delicious, No complaints from anyone, Customer service was absolutely outstanding! Food arrived on time, fresh and hot! Thank you so much Pecan Penny's! You will have my future

Honestly heard a lot of hype up from this place but it is absolutely trash. There is literally busted up furniture all over the patio. The service was super long with the place still half empty. Never even took our menues away and had to search for our own sauces. Brisket is super dry and sauces were really dry. The fries were dried to a chrisp like the were sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. It is not worth your time. white castle would be more worth your time and money...

Bartender attemped to be a server during the rush, didnt ring half of our order. Didnt write anything down and tried to play it off as if nothing went wrong. The food runner saved the day but then he carged 2 bills on 1 card when we gave him 2 cards.
Got there at 11am when the opened. Got the sampler the microwave chicken was warm, brisket was dry and mashed potatoes not microwaved. Guess when you get when they open. You get yesterday’s leftovers.

**the penny's salad will blow your mind.**possibly the best salad i've ever had, i have it every time i go there. it has beets, pecans and sweet cornbread croutonsunfortunately and ironically, the pecan pie is pretty terrible. i would give it one star. i've tried it 5 or 6 times now always hoping for the best, but it always has a myriad of odd flavors that should not be in sweet pie. including, sometimes, meat flavors. the crust tastes like stale freezer. i hope they fix thislove the outdoor firepit and string lights
