Normally I love this place!! The servers are amazing and respectful. Today though I was a bit annoyed. Take a look below. I just left.Servers: the first server looked to be about 16 years old and seemed to not understand when I asked for more pasta as she gave me little by little by little. I ended up just asking the next server for more to which she turned around to check as if it was coming out of her salary.The next server then proceeded to cut my salmon before just placing the whole piece in my bowl. He literally stood in front of me cutting it and I'm wondering why he's taking so long to just out the piece in the dish. I then asked the cashier if that was the correct amount of protein I was given to which he replied affirmatively as he stuttered for an explanation. "It's just cut", is what he ends up saying, making no sense.FYI: If the servers are not paying for your food they should not be cutting the portions in ANY way. They were rude and need to come to an understanding of true service. Next time I'll just leave the food because I literally saw him standing there cutting the salmon into a smaller piece giving me broken pieces instead of a whole one.The flavor: The flavor was amazing. Everything fit together perfectly! However, the noodles were cold.The main reason for the drop in stars is the customer service, I still can't believe he was cutting the protein into a smaller piece to give me. SMH He spoke Spanish but I understood.

We had spaghetti with marinara sauce, penne with Alfredo sauce and chicken, an avocado piada, and a chefs favorite piada. Everything was amazing.
This is my go to food spot two to three a month! My bowl be full. Great place for pasta wants and needs.
