This location screwed up my last order by delivering the pizza and the breadsticks, but not the pop. I called the location, and was on hold for less than a minute before someone answered. I told them about the pop, and I was placed on hold AGAIN for more than 5 minutes, after which I hung up. I called my mom to take care of it, and the person on the phone was VERY rude to her! My mom then drove to the location, and talked to the manager, who gave me a refund.

I ordered a box dinner. When it got here there were no sauces. The breadsticks are cold and dry. The pizza was hot at least. The cinnamon sticks are like warm. Have you ever eaten dry plain breadsticks with no marinara? I called the store and was told there wasn’t anyone to bring the sauces and it would be too long a wait anyway. Gee, thanks.

Pizza hut has always been our favorite. They have mastered the crust, esp their pan crust. Nobody beats it. Of c it does depend on which location, employees etc but mostly you can never go wrong with Pizza Hut. We are fans. Thanks.

Just don't even waste your time ordering from here. I ordered wings, cheesy bread and a soda and it was $24 and some change. It was supposed to be here in 25-35 minutes buck took an hour. When the delivery driver finally showed up she spoke little to no English and kept telling me that she did not have change since I gave her 2 $20 bills. I kept telling her to no avail that I just needed $10 back and she could keep the rest (even though a tip was definitely not earned). The food was not being transported in a keep warm bag so when she handed it to me I could instantly tell it was cold. After some time going back and forth I was like skrew it I'm not giving you $40 for this food and politely gave it back. Not even going to bother calling the store after seeing other reviews. I'll just take my business elsewhere. Never again what a waste of time.

Worst pizza place in the world. One of the little boy workers literally answered my call yelled at me and cussed me out and hung up on me just because they were closed but on the website it said it was supposed to close at 10. This is my first time ever trying to call at this location and will definitely be the last. If you want the worst customer service ever, definitely call this Pizza Hut. If I had an option to give zero stars I would.

I get the Taste Makers pizza for $10.99. It is very good with Original Pan crust. Pepperoni, mushrooms and banana peppers.

I ordered supreme pizza the cut of the veggies are too big specially onion. The pizza is not well cook it's saggy in the middle. Not good

Ordered a pizza 43 minutes ago. Online ordering said 15-20 minutes for pick up. Pull up to the window and give him my name, he laughed and said it’s not even in the oven yet!!! I said “online said only 15 minutes” he laughed again and said “I wouldn’t trust online.” Like ohkay….I asked how long it will take to be ready because I was coming on my lunch break, he said “he has to make it still and put it into the oven” then walked away from the ordering window and I drove off. I WONT be returning in who knows how much time to get the pizza, good thing I didn’t pay yet online :)
