Pretty decent! The rolls were incredible. Everything was hot. They had a huge dessert bar and their baked potatoes were insanely good. The corn muffins tasted oddly minty and some other things weren't fantastic. Overall it's a safe bet that this will be a decent meal.

I used to frequent the Lorain County's Ponderosas as a kid so my boyfriend and I decided to eat here on a Friday on our way back from Cincinnati to Cleveland to experience a bit of nostalgia. I ordered the sirloin tips and buffet and ended up having to send the tips back due to them being too undercooked. Once I got them back I noticed that the steak in general was just a fatty, chewy cut so I gave up on it and ate what was at the buffet. The salad bar, wings, and baked chicken were all very good and just like I remembered. Everything else I picked was kinda just meh.My boyfriend got the Monterey Chicken plus the buffet. He said the chicken was pretty good and almost like he remembered it. He was really there for the wings which he wasn't disappointed in at all.In general, the buffet options were a bit more limited than we expected but it's very fairly priced so we couldn't complain there. We also had a very nice, attentive server. I'm sorry I'm forgetting your name!

The lunch was warmed up from the day before. The fried fish was stuck together and hard. Chicken wings was very hard and dry. The chicken liver tasted horrible the desserts was ok. We paid $ 40 dollars for two people. I will never go back to this place. Quality has went downhill...

The food was gross. The fried chicken looked like it had been sitting out got days. Literally the only edible things were the mashed potatoes and the rolls. I feel like I wasted my money. I went to McDonald's when I left because I simply could not stomach the food here. And I love ponderosa usually.
I got the bar instead of getting a steak and the reason for that was they had fish on it so I was able to get fish and vegetables and some chicken and it was all fresh. Excellent place to go if you're very hungry

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the food was presented, well. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. A lot of it seemed as if it came out of the frozen food section, and heated up. The fried chicken was pretty good, though. The desert section was pretty good, as well, as there was a pretty decent selection of treats. I don't think I would have any problem going back.
