Terribly slow! Pulled up to the drive-thru and there was one car ahead of me and they sat there for about 10 minutes and no one came on the speaker to ask them if they wanted to order. I got tired of waiting so I drove around the building and went inside only to stand for another 25 minutes before I was given my order and able to get out of there. Hello, It's called fast food for a reason! The girl that took my order was pleasant but everybody was working as if they were in slow motion. The girl working the drive-thru window was busy talking to others and walking away that's why no one was there to answer the speaker. Don't know what the problem was? Maybe they were short-handed but they need to pick up the pace. Without your loyal customers you wouldn't have a business. Once I finally got my food I was disappointed again when I looked at my sandwich. One of the worst sandwiches I've ever gotten from any Popeyes location. It was thin and dry and looked like cardboard. Smh, I won't anytime soon frequent this location again. If you are hungry and in a hurry this is NOT the place to go!

Never ever will I go back to this one in Great South; only had little bits of chicken ready& you have coupons out ?, somebody needs to stay on top of the production! Didn't notice a manager around @the time.had only I biscuit left ??, people come on it dinner time ?,then I get home and one of my sides was missing,so I had 3 little wings & red beans and rice and a not so fresh biscuit.manager needs to get with the staff; & when I called and asked to speak to a manager,the girl replies I'm one; figured she wasn't she couldn't even help my situation,nor did she address her name

We were told they were closed and refused service. We switched to Popeyes on South high because service was a lot better than in Grove City and they turned us away while all lights were on and during what is out as operating hours.

If you want chicken or food in general don't come to this location. They told me they were out of spicy and mild chicken cause they didn't want to make it, mind you its only 5pm, so it's not like it was the end of the shift. They said it was a 12 min wait and ended up giving me 3 of smallest pieces of chicken. I wasted my money here today, but never again. Poor service, poor food everything was bad about this place. I only gave 1 star so I can make this comment otherwise if I could I'd give them negative stars.
