The service was crappy. One of the employees had a cell phone that rang very loudly the entire time that we were there. I ordered the honey chicken + I never tasted any honey. When I asked for some they brought me out some green concoction. There were not great options for drinks. I do not recommend going there and we spent over $60 for just three sandwiches and three pops.

First time here, we were not disappointed. In the world of burgers, if you're expecting McDonalds quarter pounder, you'll be disappointed. The basic/ classic burger is fresh and nicely presented in an upright paper bag. The fries were hot, crisp, well salted and served with the show stopper - chipotle mayo for dipping that was really tasty. I've read that the price is a bit high... compared to a 1/4 Pounder it's high. Compared to Five Guys types, the price seems reasonable. They were sold out of a bunch of chicken items and hot dogs, which makes me wonder if those items just didn't sell and have essentially been dropped. Overall, I will be back.

Mediocre burger with limp pickles and soggy buns. To top it off, the service is horrible and clearly the staff are too busy to chat amongst themselves rather than help a customer. White girl with dark hair Rudely threw a fork on the counter and I had to bend over the counter to actually reach it. How can you represent an establishment but cannot serve or even respect your customers! Waste of money, wendy’s burgers are much better for half the price!

$31 for 2 basic nothing-to-write-home-about burgers, 2 so-so fries, and one beer? I had wanted to try Preston's for awhile. We went there for dinner, but quickly learned it would be better as a lunch spot, though Wendy's, Ritzy's, and BK's burgers and fries are better and cheaper.

Front desk was a bit discombobulated with the online ordering, they didn't pass the order back until I arrived at the prescribed time for was to be ready for pickup (at least I knew it was fresh). Really enjoyed the burger (a lot!), would not order the pimento puppies a second time, just a little weird.

The food was decent. Burgers were somewhat overpriced for a smash burger in my opinion. However, the sauce was good and the homemade biscuits were good. I'd rather go to 5 guys for the price point.
Horrible experience!! Drove from hilliard to try Preston's. We got 2 double cheeseburgers, 3 cheesey coney, and 2 cheesey coney fries. The total was $71. We had very slight modifications, and they were ignored. We asked for no sauce on the burger, no mustard on the coney. We found hair on our burgers. Mustard on all of our coneys and hair in our fries. It's so disappointing to spend that much money to get food you don't want to finish. The customer service inside was horrible. We are people of color, and there was a man there yelling at us because we were trying to find our name on the takeout bags. It's almost like he thought we were stealing. The guy was freaking out and yelling and everybody looked. Food is not great. Burger was too pink in side. The chili is like skylines. Cinnamon and sweet and I hate that. They should really say that's the kind of chili they have. Hair on food is the worse. We called and the manager said they would give us a refund which is great but it's been almost a week and no refund. We called again and talked to a different manager that apologized and said we should have had our money within 3 days. So yeah, experience not good at all. Managers were nice but I will never go back.

Pretty solid place, always good. Although, why is it that the restaurants who have food that'll make your hands messy always have the weakest napkins. If your burgers cost $15, you can invest in something other than shreds of paper.
