this Canes is probably the worst i’ve ever experienced. Alex Eberts is the GM he makes plenty of wrong decisions as a manager. he doesn’t put his employees first. he picks favorites. ofcourse Sam gonna stick with him with any decision he makes. They don’t care about the employees at all instead of making situations better he makes them worse. I can’t believe a manager would treat me with disrespect. AS A MINOR i told him to speak with my mother about a situation and he continued to handle the situation poorly with me. i don’t feel as if there was any loyalty within his store. the crewmembers are pretty good but as far as management they are baddddd. Plenty of crew members are trying to find new jobs because of management and it’s just not the best place to go to! TAKE IT FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS WORKED IN THIS PLACE !

Raising Cane's has good chicken and the best sauce! Make sure you order an extra sauce because you're gonna want it! There is often a line at the drive thru, but it's worth the wait. And the sweet tea is really good, and I'm from the South, so I know good sweet tea when I drink it. One of my favorites for ten years now. Highly recommended for fast food chicken.

Food is always hot and fresh. I don't think they have ever gotten my order wrong and their service is always friendly. The inside is clean as well, but the only downside is their music is usually blasting. It can be hard to hear ordering.

Had the worst canes experience last night. Should've known better. All of the people giving this place 5 stars was lying and must live close, and wants to keep a Cane's close. But this one is bad, I hope the two girls equally annoyed write a bad review as well.... It was about 10:30 last night. There was 2 girls already waiting. But when the manager asked to take my order, they had the worst attitude. I say they because I'm not sure of gender. But they were blonde, petite, wearing a nasty condescending tone when talking to customers. I heard the tone when she was talking to the girls in front. She gave me the same attitude. When they walked away, I asked the girls did they sense an attitude too?? They agreed and said I had just missed how she handled the previous customers... this person at Cane's last night was really rude, they talked to you with this dull condescending tone underneath, which was very surprising coming from management. Or at least I think it's a manager. They wore a red shirt, straight up and down like a board. With blonde hair wearing a hat. I can see that this person is not management material by cleanliness of restaurant. ( Lobby was dirty), by friendliness of business environment, ( not very welcoming) and staff management.( overheard employees complaining of wanting to find new job) Fail, fail, fail......if your a true fan of hot chicken, hot chicken, which combo you pickin'? Go to Cane's location up further olentangy near Ackerman. They have way better customer service!! It almost makes the food taste better.... I personally will never come back to this location, I hope the guy/girl gets demoted or transferred to a different location for this locations sake. If management is wondering why their Cane's isn't doing good as the rest....it's your staff

We noticed this new location while driving by on the highway and finally got a chance to stop in. The location is very nice, with several other restaurants and shops and plentiful parking shared between them. The restaurant itself has a very nice patio (though we did wonder why all of the fans on the patio were running in nearly 0 degree weather, ha!) and good seating on the inside, as well. The decor was cool with several disco balls across the center of the area. We ordered several combos, including some sandwich combos and a kids combo, plus an extra side of Texas Toast, because that's a favorite, of course. Despite the fact that they were busy during our visit, the line moved along and the food came out in a reasonable time. Food was good and all was enjoyed.

DO NOT EAT HERE Food is old, mushy, smaller than 1.3oz per tender (I measured and know their requirements). Think the customer service is terrible, proportions are horrible for what you pay for, the crew seems annoyed when asked for specialficstions wouldn't be surprised if they spat in your food.
