I get off work at 11pm place is always “closed” when i get there at 12am but google says they close at 2. Workers are unprofessional and sound terrible as if i made a bad mistake coming there at 13. This has happened more than a few times!

This is the worst Rallys I've ever experienced.Ordering ahead on their app, be careful cause if you ordered a shake and this location never has a working shake machine, you have to sit through customer service to explain why you need all your money back. You won't get your money back until next week, so enjoy that.We sat for 10 minutes for them to make the order and if you wanna see what the absolute bottom of fast food can look like I have provided pictures.Buffalo Chicken tastes like paper towels balled up in water and pepper.The $2 bacon crispy is not crispy but mushy like grease flavored baby food.Look it's horrible, don't go to this one, you'll just be reminded why Rallys is the low tier selection of the fast food list.F tier, I would rather eat from a Sunoco gas station where the cashier doesnt speak English and for some reason that's your fault.

I like Rallys but the female who's working was extremely rude and wouldn't replace the Luke warm fries. This female works at a fast food restaurants and treats the customer by yelling at them and telling them no? I don't care how bad your day is going, your job is to make it right!

No stars placed the order in the drive threw, she was SO RUID! order came to 33.00 and whenI pulled around I thought ,why should I pay 33.00 to this place! They were out of half my order to begin with! Very poor customer service!!!

They took our cash,told us to go to the other window,then they tried to ask us for the cash again. They gave us 3 different stories about what was going on,1 after another. Then when we said we were calling corporate and we know this was all recorded they gave us our food.
