Place is amazing great product. Reviews people post about sizes not being good these are fat people who can’t stop stuffing there faces the serving size is literally perfect and trust me I like a good serving it’s a bang for the buck not very expensive at all so I don’t get it and the people complaining about service aren’t being truthful band class kids and nerds work there they weren’t being rude

HORRIBLE!!! Manger was rude an unprofessional. I placed an order an was denied my Order because I went back to my car to wait an she was upset because they wanted to close early even though they still had orders being prepared. She came outside an was yelling at another employee to get his “a$$” back inside and he was trying to help!I will never return even though I never got my order nor did they refund my money.

It's our family's favorite treat station. They have super delicious Italian ice. a small is heavy and a good value. try a gelati which is Italian ice intermingled with custard. Their custard is extremely creamy and we all enjoy it more than ice cream. This place will remind you of a time gone by. Absolutely wonderful, they have some picnic tables for outside eating. The parking lot is small. There is a great pizza joint around the back also.

We're new to the area and this was our first visit. Brooklyn made 5 different items and our group said it felt like she was making them for her family. She was so sweet and personable but also took the time to explain things and not seem like we were bothering her. We most certainly will be coming back for the dessert as well as for Brooklyn.

Went there on a busy weekend, so there was a line and cars had trouble getting into the cramped parking lot. They share a space with Frankie’s Pizza, so cars have to squeeze back behind Rita’s to park and pick up their pizza. I mention this just to show timing matters when visiting.The selections are numerous and there’s various options of custard or Italian Ice to try. I’m no expert on quality, but the small custard twist cup tasted great to me. I plan to return to try the Italian Ice.

The only bad part about this Rita’s is they aren’t open year round. Friendly staff, fast service and good times. The parking is a bit small, but don’t let a full lot fool you, they will get to you quickly!
The dessert was very good but the service not as good....My mom order an "Ice flight" and repeating her order 3 times, the young lady taking her order then gave her something that she did not order and began to tell her she was wrong and did not order an "ice flight". Yes, a simple mistake but quite rude.

Custard is delicious, Gelati is the best! Milkshakes are good too. Stay away from the "blizzard" like items...the custard is too soft when items are added and it's like soup-not enjoyable. Lines are ALWAYS long and service is slow but the staff is super nice and kind. If you don't mind waiting then it's worth it!
