I ordered to go. The food and service were very good. The two ladies were very warm, friendly and helpful with recommendations given I had not previously never tried west African food. I will go back this time to dine in to try something else!

It honestly felt like we were in Zanzibar for the afternoon when we had lunch here! We had a great experience. Don't go in a rush if you're a first-timer. Plan to spend time going over the menu and asking questions. The staff is patient, and they want you to have a great experience getting to know the culture through the cuisine. What a nice little restaurant!

Tried Riziki when it popped up in East Market and it was amazing!! Food was really delicious and the owners were really kind. They even let me try both of their dipping sauces. Highly recommend and can't wait to go to their restaurant proper!

Flavorful high quality food! Riziki Swahili Grill serves delicious food from East Africa. I am familiar with West African food so it was nice to get a chance to try the cuisine from the East side of the African continent. I was amazed by the unique combination of flavors. You can tell by the quality of the food that the chef really knows how to cook. We had the Sambusa appetizers along with Chapati with fish and Ugali as the entrees. The beans in coconut milk were amazing as were as the other items we ordered. The service was great. The waitress was able to explain the items on the menu.We really enjoyed eating at Riziki Swahili Grill. If you are ever in Columbus Ohio. Do not miss out on this this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
I've been meaning to come here since I heard they had something like a Scotch egg, and today it was on my way. Of course it's on Tamarack Circle, which I hate. Someone thought this was a good idea. Circle with bumps, similar street names running off it, one-way streets; horrid. Still, I got here. Restaurant is in a small, very run-down strip mall; there is another African restaurant on the other end which I'm sure is good- but I wanted that egg.Inside it's small and bright. Super friendly service. A little awkward- had to duck down due to dry grass over the counter, and watch my step headed to the restrooms due to a bump on the floor. The egg app is donge la yai, a hard-boiled egg wrapped in a thin layer of seasoned beef. Not as thick as the sausage on a Scotch egg, and seasoned differently, of course. And delectable. Maybe I can make these in the air fryer. As an afterthought I picked almost at random from the entrees. I love goat, and pilau, so I got that. You can choose your protein. Bone-in, tender, savory chunks of goat, in a heavily seasoned but not spicy sauce. A mound of good, tender, tasty rice. Some pickled onions. Again, yum.Drinks are assorted juices, made there. I got tamarind. Sweet and spicy, very refreshing.I'll be back. I'll bring people here, and send people here. Worth navigating the Circle of Doom.

Best food ever fresh we drive from Cleveland to there just eat the food For the first I was surprised the food soAmazing.but y'all need big space for dining in The employe they so nice
Yeah...gone 'head and do yourself a favor and stop on by. The restaurant has a very cute island vibe, food is wonderful, and service is excellent. Riziki (the owner) came out and introduced herself and gave us sambusas on the house! We got fish, beef, and goat dishes - no misses (even with the drinks - especially the chai and ginger) and the photos speak for themselves. My only note is that the location may be a little tricky to find since it's behind other buildings, but Google Maps took us straight there. Loved it!
