Food was excellent but took forever to receive it. We were passed to a 2nd waitress after about 20 minutes who had just clocked in, and the first one never communicated anything about our table to her.When we first walked in, I asked for a table near the front of the restaurant because my husband has trouble walking, and my brother had just had chemo at the James and was a little unsteady. The hostess seated us at the very last table in the restaurant! We even passed several empty tables in order to get there...also, 5 minutes later, 2 young women were seated at the very front table. I thought this was very inconsiderate and thought about asking for a manager but did not.

When paying.. the girl ripped my card out of my hand and repeatedly swiped it! So many times in fact that my bank flagged it and froze my card.. after trying to charger me an additional $17 because I changed order from two sets 10 wings to 5, 5 and ten wings (hoping I wouldn't noticed I guess)! When I said something.. she kinda giggled, checked the order then corrected my bill! I was furious with the entire altercation and had to then go home and deal with the bank!

This was my first visit to Roosters. Customer service was great! Ordered 10 traditional wings and tots, fruit punch. Everything was good except unfortunately they use chicken that has clearly been pumped with growth hormones and because of that reason I really couldn't enjoy the chicken wings.

4/2/24.... Our first time here. Marguerite awesome server, prompt on top of everything! Checked on us many times. Yet she didn't bother us at all!! The food was amazing really good ? fresh and hot ? Friendly fun atmosphere we truly enjoyed our lunches! Thanks Marguerite we'll definitely be back!!Kid-friendliness: High chairs and a kids menu!Wheelchair accessibility: First floor no steps.
Wish there was a location near me! Stayed overnight nearby and my family liked their menu. So many tasty items. While the sandwiches and salads looked great we were in a pizza and app mood so went with a custom pizza, cheese sticks, and onion feathers. All was exactly what we hoped! Ordered takeout and food was ready ahead of schedule. We were very happy and hope you will be as well. Oh, the young lady who greeted us in the front could not have been any kinder. Offered utensils and napkins with a smile.

We were 30 people strong called ahead proceeding and they took very good care of us. Two girls in particular waited on all 30 of US 31 people I had an awesome time
Only place to get real chicken wings in Grove City area. Always finger licking good. Can get a little loud but it's a Sports Bar. We expect it to be busy, but we get good service and the waitresses are always checking to see if we need anything else.
Best chicken tenders and wings. Love their red house dressing as well. Service was really good. I like the lively atmosphere and all the TVs but its often much too loud to be able to carry on a conversation.Parking: Plenty of parking surrounding the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots but you may need help opening the doors.
Just a good place to go to enjoy yourself. Good selection beyond wings, even for a Friday during Lent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were busy but the food came out hot & quickly. You really should try it!

I must say this was an awesome dining experience.I really enjoyed this location hanging with friends and just enjoying a night out with good food! Thank you roosters. If you are ever in the area , stop in and get some wings and be happy! I got my favorite combo meal fries & the buffalo chicken pizza. Which was phenomenal!
