My burger and the shack sauce that came with were very good, my cheese fries were amazing and my Frozen hot chocolate shake, taste just like it reads. The place was well decorated and clean. Quick service and had kiosk or register option.
The food and drinks? Great. The staff? Yikes. Came in for some shakes and soft serve,, waited about 20 minutes. They weren't busy- kitchen was full of people laughing, joking, and pushing eachother. One chef even was screaming profanities and flipping off another employee. Not my best experience...
