Bummer. Unfriendly. The guy that served me at the window didn’t greet me. Said all of 3 words. The americano was watery and they forgot the sweetener. Not worth the line or money.

Just pulled up to the drive through and waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Fully staffed and they didn’t close for another two hours. We were the only car in the drive through line. I saw an employee peak through the little window from the drive through computer and then all the lights went off. Apparently no one wanted to work

Was here last month and the manager was having an emotional melt down and I stood in line for 15 minutes for her to begrudgingly take my order. Decided to give it another try tonight and sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes without anyone taking my order. Went inside and again my order was taken begrudgingly. No eye contact or greeting at anytime. Not sure what is going on with this location but seems to me some changes need to be made

This location deserves an award for Most Unreliable Hours. I frequent this location on my way in to night shift at 6 pm and it’s a hit or miss whether they are actually open, even though their hours are listed until 8pm on both google and the Starbucks App.

8/12/23 At 7:30 pm I went to this Starbucks. I had a migraine and was in need of a latte to help ease my pain along with the medication I took. I was not only in pain, I was beyond annoyed that I went to 2 McDonald’s and their latte machines were down. (Here I was thinking it was just their ice cream machines that never worked). So down the street was this Starbucks location and from start to finish EXCELLENT customer service. I pulled up to the drive through and it’s the evening but the barista’s voice was so welcoming and the greeting was high energy. I get to the window to pay and she hands me my drink. I tried to give her my card and she didn’t take it. Maybe she could see the struggle of my pain but she smiled and it warmed my heart. You don’t customer service like that anymore these days and she went above and BEYOND. I wish I caught her name. But I want to also mention that this isn’t the first time I had a great experience from this location there was another guy who also gave exceptional customer service. I also came here when my dog died I pulled up to the window sobbing, and she gave me a coupon for a free drink on my next visit. I don’t even bother going to McDonald’s anymore, I spare myself the disappointment. Thank you all for such empathy to customers and being kind- it most certainly went a long way and made me a loyal customer.
