Walked in place a order for 2 small blonde roast coffees one iced one hot with caramel and 2 cake pops. Waited with my 4 year old for 15 minutes while noticing others after me got theirs. Finally got the workers attention who told me they couldn't make it, after starring blankly at one another for a moment, she said she could make it an Americano. This is the closest coffee place to my job, so I settle for it often, but if you actually like good coffee, you should go somewhere else. My espresso macchiato is so burnt and bitter today that it makes me sad. I really need to start waking up earlier.

This Starbucks in particular is my least favorite. I’ve never had friendly service. When you come in, you feel like you’re a great Inconvenience to the employees there. I’ve literally stood at the register while the manager or someone working the register was laughing at their phone texting before even looking up at me…..with a line behind me. Very strange. I’m not sure if the workers really don’t want to be there but it truly feels like they are all very angry. It’s no way to treat customers who are there to spend money at an establishment. Please go down the street to Fox in the Snow and get wonderful service from their amazing staff and delicious food and drinks!

The employees are more interested in talking to each other than even acknowledging a customer standing at the register. Every time I come here it's horrible service and the people who do eventually help act like they're annoyed they have to do their job.
