When I'm hitting up Polaris Mall for some shopping or just to hang out, my go-to spot for a hot coffee fix is definitely Starbucks. Whether I'm craving that spot-on chai latte, cafe latte, or needing to indulge in a buttery croissant, they've got me covered. And for those times I want something hearty, the spinach sandwich hits the spot. It's the perfect pit stop to fuel up and chill for a bit in the midst of all the mall madness.

Purchased a refresher had no ice. Went in two minutes later to get a cup of ice and was told to go back thru the line to ask for a cup of ice. Had the drink been made properly to begin with I wouldn’t have to ask for ice. Th barista was so rude not to mention they gave me the wrong drink last time and I graciously sucked it

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Standing in line with daughter behind one customer being served with no one else in the store only to be told that someone who came in behind us in next...SMH. Most cashier's at least ask the customers who was next but this one stated the gentleman who knowingly came in after us was next because he was in line...This store has two openings with no signage about where the line starts. We left because....I couldn't give Starbucks my money after this. Please train your people better and put a Line Starts Here sign in the store. JUST HORRIBLE!!!

It was so wonderful! It took awhile but it was genuinely busy and the main person starting drinks called out every name so we knew who was being worked on. And the young lady at the register was so polite and sweet! This is the service Starbucks should be every day!

Went to Starbucks in polaris mall and ordered a grande hot sweet cream and it cost me 4.85 for grande and .80 for vanilla and 1.25 for sweet cream. Why so much money? Why did they not tell me it was more for hot than cold. It was 4.85 for cold and 2.05 more for hot. I did not order the vanilla or the sweet cream. I ordered the cold sweet cream but wanted it hot. Last time for me. When I asked for a receipt the employee that did not have a name tag looked at me funny and shrugged while looking at another employee. Rude and too expensive.UPDATE: Got a response from Starbucks the same day of post. They said they are sorry about my experience and if I want to contact them further to contact them at their selected sight that I will not disclose. Why didn't Starbucks say more to me through this sight? My review stands the way it is. Folgers it is for me or another coffee bean roaster.

12/10 service ! Mason, Emma , and Landon always go above and beyond to accommodate me every day i visit this location. They are a very busy store so please have some grace as they can only do so much so fast ! Thank you always Starbucks Polaris. This is my go to Starbucks but Thursday February 2,2023 was different. I ordered caramel macchiato before they closed but when I opened the coffee after leaving the store I noticed it's just over half full. I became curious because it seemed lighter. There's a small fraction of workers who didn't care. Management should do something about this

I like this location. The staff is nice and they keep the cafe clean. Even when they are busy they get your order quickly.
