I always something from this Starbucks (store 75862) at Columbus CMH airport across gate B22. Today (October 1st, 2023) at 02:37pm, I ordered one lemon oaf and coffee latte. The gentleman (white middle age) made loud jokes about coffee latte to make remaining two female employees until the delivery and the lady employee (black lady) delivered with a final joke. Ok, both were successful in making laugh each other and even some more customers, but would I buy anything from this store again, absolutely not. A note for Starbucks management: you may pay your employees well, that is good for them , but if you don’t hire correct employees and train them on how to treat customers , you will end up in losing customers, if you care.

I ordered a pumpkin spice frapp with brown sugar syrup and a regular pumpkin spice latte with brown sugar iced. When I received them the iced latte was great but the frapp was way too sweet and a little watery so I went back to get a remake and I asked for just a regular pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk when I asked for that the lady making the drinks got frustrated because I was coming back. The second drink tasted like nothing but espresso so I took that back as well. I got a total of 5 drinks and only 1 came out right. None of the drinks seem to be made with a consistent recipe every drink I got either tasted too strong of coffee or too milky.

This Starbucks is located inside the John Glenn International airport, just to the right after passing through the TSA security screening in Concourse C. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was pretty quick, even with the heavy traffic flow. Order was accurate. Same great Starbucks coffee and menu items.

The guy working in the back didn't really seem to care or look at the order. He didn't seem to have any urgency when there was a line. He made many drinks wrong because he didn't look closely and even made mine wrong. This guy needs fired or talked to about his job.

Never got through the line after waiting more than 15 min! They don’t accept mobile orders- will say they’re closed when they arent online. Guy (old-white) is running his mouth chatting up all the customers instead of doing his job. Then he avoids register all together to sing and make hot food when there are 2 others working. The order pick up line was backed up 20 people deep, did some calculations and realized I’d never get my drink before boarding, had to get out of the line, Ridiculous!

This was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I was flying into Columbus to visit my medically fragile grandparents so my wife and I were masking to reduce my chance of transmitting something to them and the white male employee was rude and actually mocked us for masking. They also did not allow me to use my personal reusable cup or honor the reusable cup benefit. I expect better out of a Starbucks employee and if this employee is rude enough to mock customers he probably doesn't belong in customer service.

The lines at this Starbucks (Southwest or A terminal) are always so long and the staff was extremely slow to take orders (during a busy spring break time) and to move customers who obviously have flights to catch through the line. Waited in line for 45+ min and still was unable to order!!

It says opens at 4:45 but 5:15 still nothing, asked 1 of the 2 people behind the counter when they will open and she rudely said when get enough staff to open. Starbucks retraining needed.
