A secure access location--meaning you have to have a JPMC badge or be badged in by security to be able to pickup your coffee from here. If you do have a JPMC badge or work in the building you are in luck! This is one of the most friendly and clean Starbucks there is. The baristas are all wonderfully patient, kind, and helpful. The service is quick and on point each time. The merch is well stocked, and the coffee is delicious.
