10/10 customer service! This Starbucks is my favorite one to visit! As a college student, I find it really convenient that we have a mobile pickup store on campus. They can be a little busy sometimes but as long as you are patient they will help you out the best they can!
This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They seem to be fully staffed, they're mobile only, and they serve mostly hospital staff and students. And yet, they still have almost hour long wait times and will not allow you to stand inside, regardless of weather. I have been to other locations that have been understaffed and do mobile AND cafe orders and I haven't ever had to wait a fraction of the time I have to wait here.
