The workers and the manager were so rude over changing gloves? it was ridiculous . Like if they knew better I can’t eat poor or have anything that touched pork . They had no respect for me or my religion . How can a manager treat her customers and her workers so bad it just makes no sense . Plus they gave me the wrong order ? if I could put zero stars I would .

The days I came in the staff is super nice! The place is clean. Plenty of room to sit and good vibes. Only complaint is that it’s paid parking but it is downtown so expected (didn’t see that they have free parking).

Terrible service!! Extremely rude. Asked to change the gloves and knife because of dietary restrictions. The lady made it a big a deal that “we dont do that here” and started grumbling non stop. Doesnt these employees realize they are representing a company? IS SUBWAY AWARE OF SUCH BEHAVIOURS FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES??
