I ordered from this location for delivery I did not receive my Doritos, I got 2 chocolate cookies instead of 1 chocolate and 1 raspberry, my sub only had 6 cucumbers when I ordered for extra even wrote it in the special instructions very disappointed as I paid for food I did not get/made wrong.

Today i came in around 5 and was greeted by an employee. I’m almost completely blind and i come in and see the same girl. I asked her name and she said it was kaylee. she helps me with the key pad and is very patient with me every time i come in. She even remembers my whole order. She has a bubbly smile even when she’s tired and does great work with her job Please keep her here as she is super sweet and makes very good subs

I made an order on the 13th and they canceled it. Made a second order and they canceled it again. I still haven't received my refund and when I tried calling the store no one has answered. I don't appreciate wasting money on food, I didn't recieve. They need to do better with customer service.

My kids beg to come here constantly because of the employees (especially Trent and Tee ) they make it so inviting and a personal experience the quality of food is always perfect thank you for being amazing it’s hard to find now days.

This subway is horrible! The manager is ALWAYS outside smoking or has an attitude. Neq is always the one working doing all the work! The manager hired new employees and they are horrible! They don’t even know how to make bread ( just put it in the oven) they can’t even do that! Back to the manager she needs to be fired she leaves before she is exposed to. If people show up late she still leaves @3 or before. Btw the manager is Danny.

Been going to this subway for the last year, any 1 star reviews here are cap. The employees deliver quality service and are so welcoming. I’ve been going to subways on the east coast for some time now and this one sits at the top. You get what you pay for here. Don’t sleep.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.I don’t even know where to start.First issue: I walked into the store at 3:52. The lady working told me she was off at 4. She was making herself a sub. I asked her if the store was closed since she was off at 4. She said someone else was back there and would come out. (the lady was doing everything in slow motion and appeared to be on drugs)Second issue: the other lady finally walked out 4 minutes later. She started making my wrap. She was just throwing toppings onto it. Literally tossing things on. I asked her to remove a piece of lettuce because it looked gross. Instead of removing it she broke it apart and put it ALL OVER the wrap. She continued to throw toppings onto the sub.Third issue: she dropped a ton of Parmesan cheese into the spinach and just left it.Fourth issue: she didn’t cut my wrapFifth issue: she charged me for STEAK. I got CHICKEN.Sixth issue: when I got home to finally eat my wrap there was a HAIR in it.DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a melt and they completely ruined it. It fell apart in the bag and made a huge mess. It was inedible.I told the staff about it immediately but they scoffed and said they couldn’t do anything about it.I didn’t even eat it. I just threw it in the garbage and left.Thanks for taking 11 dollars from me!Oh also, you’re supposed to put the melt in the same bag as the other one. Why did you waste two bags for one sandwich?
