This subway is always a disaster. Worth the drive to go to any other store. The sandwiches from this location are never good. I ordered for delivery once (accidentally from this location) and my sandwich was missing more than half of the ingredients. It was inedible. I literally ate 3 bites and threw the entire footlong away. I am not one to waste and this was very disappointing. I contacted the manager and was given a "sorry" but nothing else. I was told that the employees are trained to follow strict guidelines as if leaving half of my ingredients off was the right thing to do? The customer service was awful. My sandwich was disgusting (and its happened more than once here). Stay away from this location! Gives Subway a bad name.

We've lived within walking distance to this Subway for years and for a long time it was exceptional--nice fresh bread, bountiful toppings, and speedy service. On top of all that, the interior was old school, with brown tile and 00's-era decorations, which is a plus in my book #nostalgia.About a year ago, it appears the restaurant changed ownership and underwent a renovation to the "new subway". Since then, the sandwiches have become bleak and the service grumpy. The last straw was a sandwich I received this weekend, which was practically inedible, with day (maybe two day) old stale bread, sparse vegetables (on a veggie delight) and no sauce. For $15 dollars for 2-footlongs, my partner and I can head to Jersey Mike's and get a lovely giant sandwich stacked with meat and fresh vegetables, which is what we'll be doing from now on.

I don't know what has changed about this place but it has REALLY gone down the tubes.I got a tuna salad No Bready Bowl & had to BEG for adequate toppings. I didn't ask for a ridiculously large portion just enough to be decent. I asked for more than a handful of lettuce (& she had small hands) & got 1/2 a handful more. Tomatoes & cucumbers? Forget about it. They were so thin you could read print through them. I was going to add green pepper to it & when I asked if they had any she pointed to something that looked like wilted, rusted lettuce. I tried to be polite but the only thing that would come out was "What's wrong with them?". Her reply was "Oh they're just really ripe.". The coup de gras came with the tuna salad. I didn't realize till I got home there were only 2 scoops on the bowl. I thought I may have been mistaken so I checked the Subway website. Yep a NBB is supposed to have 4 scoops.Additionally, you couldn't see all the toppings because they left the stainless steel hoods over an entire section.I tried to call the store to see if I coukd get my missing scoops but they wouldn't answer. After 4 attempts I decided to kick it up to HQ. We'll see what happens. This place has really gone skivvy.Do yourself a favor & drive a little farther to a better location.

They're very skimpy on stuff here got the pretzel today. Comes with a cup of honey mustard. Cup was less than a fifth of the way full. Pretzel also looks sad. Also got the church and there's no cinnamon sugar on it just dough.

Avoid this one if you can. The couple working there are extremely stingy with the portions of anything. No matter what you get.I will not be back. This place used to be great when I was growing up.

Place had poor quality veggies and clerk says his management says no coupons will be accepted. Didn't feel I got money's worth.

Good food and nice service. About what you'd expect from any Subway. Though I would bear in mind they do not accept Subway coupons at this location.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich just after 11am. It was supposed to be $7.99, however the guy proceeded to make it without telling me they charge for a steak footlong and charge extra for egg after “breakfast time”. HORRIBLE customer service and false advertisement.

They don't care about their own company coupons and have to full price. What is the point for the coupons.

I was particularly disappointed with the experience at this particular Subway. For one, the wait was long because there was only one individual working and it took considerable amount of time, probably 15-20 min, even with just a few people in line. Also, I ordered a meatball sub and the amount / quality of the marinara sauce was lacking. I had to add some of my own when I got home. Third, they declined to honor an official Subway coupon I received in the mail. I do realize it states, "Available at participating locations", but this is the closest geographic store to my home and frankly, I've never been denied the use of a coupon at a franchised restaurant location like this. It was just a "Footlong sub for $5.99".
