We ordered through DoorDash 4/25/24 at 630pm. We were told they were out of steak, bread, onions, and the chocolate chip cookies we ordered. The lady I spoke with on the phone had a HORRIBLE attitude. Clearly they’re too lazy to make more food. My order ended up getting cancelled due to their laziness and rudeness. Will NEVER order from this location again.

But that didn't stop the 2 employees from making our order to the best of their abilities. Food was still amazing. They were nice about everything. This store is horribly managed. Stopped in on my way home from taking a family member from the hospital, they were out of wheat bread, tomato's l, black olives, mayo and ham. It is completely beyond me how a sandwich restaurant is out of mayo. I feel really bad for the young guys they had working in there who had to deal with things they're not responsible for.!
I Love Subway and have always came to this location. The store is always clean and subs made fresh. Last few times I have went here this month my subs have been really sloppy and messy. I'm not sure what happened to the quality of food but the young lady making the food seemed like she didn't want to be there.

This place has to be the worst run Subway in Ohio. There are regularly out of normal ingredients, very rarely have enough employees working and almost never seem to be open/closed as schedule states.The employees are usually very friendly and great but the management here is very bad! The manager lady treated/talked to the employees like dogs. I know they are generally young/unskilled but you have to treat your ppl and customers with a tiny bit of respect. It was bad enough one girl was literally in tears and this supervisor lady just kept on berating her. It really was gross
