The employees saw me and my daughters but ignored us and kept talking and we were waiting for them to come over and start or even say hello and it was like 5 mins.They also said dining room was closed and that we could t buy other drinks.

I wish I can give then O star...They said they don't accept coupons...we had company issued digital coupons but they have sign posted on that they do not accept coupons...when we asked them the employees had no answer for that, they asked owner and owner was very rude and disrespectful...because of this type of people's subway's reputation is going down...

Go to a different subway. These guys dont accept coupons, so they must not be a corporate. The person making the sandwich was rude and tried to tell me that the chipotle southwest was the same as the baja chipotle. They must be like the subway in walmart in the same plaza that mixes both sauces in the same container. And to top it off their bathroom said out of order but i saw another employee use the bathroom.

This place is under new management and it's great. They always have the freshest bread out of all the subways in the area and it always tastes wonderful.. Like I specifically go out of my way to go to this subway just to get the fresh bread flavor. People are always great too
VERY RUDE STAFF. Went in and worker made an offhandedly comment about how I look tired and rough. I wish I would’ve walked out at that moment and taken my business elsewhere. What do you gain from being mean? Glad these employees get paid to belittle and insult customers. To answer the question yea I am tired try being up all night with a sick infant. I will be calling corporate.

The first couple times we got food here it was pretty good, but the last few times have been questionable, one time the lady handling money with the same gloves on that she was preparing food with, I asked her to change gloves before making my food and you could tell she was put off by that. Today we stopped and got subs only to get home and see that HALF the slices of meat were on them (I googled it on number of slices), it was noticeably less meat than usual. There are many other choices, so goodbye Subway at WestPoint! After seeing the next review FYI the restrooms are still out of service.

Terrible Service!I came here for lunch on a road trip with the kids and had a horrible experience. The chairs and tables were all out of sorts in the dining area, the restroom was out of order, and the lady cashier first conned me into spending extra money on the pretense that the combo was cheaper than an individual drink, and then attempted to charge me $7 more than what I should be paying. I don't know if this was ignorance, laziness, or dishonesty, but regardless of which, I will not be returning to this location again, and I recommend you do the same.

Terrible experience. Order a sub with bacon and pepperoni on it. All that was on it was bacon. When we asked the sandwich maker about it, they stated they put double bacon instead. When we informed them that's not what we wanted, they just gave us a cold bag of pepperoni and said they had other customers to help and walked away. We will not be returning to this location.

I would never recommend this subway to anyone worst location. The guy that served me barely put any chicken on my order. Dirty subway. They didn’t have any variety of toppings as well. Would never recommend. Stay away from this place.
