It's a little rundown on the inside eating area, but it's a nice Subway. Very friendly staff in the sandwich was very tasty. Definitely one of my favorite Subway restaurant locations.

The Arabians that working in there is Rude…They put stuff on food without Ty asking .. they don’t follow good instructions.. I had to have them make me a new sub because it was so nasty and messy … I asked for double chocolate chip cookies they gave raisin and chocolate chip… they customer service is wack 1/10 I don’t command go to another subway .. very disappointed

I brought a coupon that said buy 1 footlong with a fountain drink get a footlong free but manager said he doesn't honor that coupon. But would accept the 2 footlongs for 12.99. I won't return to this location.

if I can give zero stars, I would I place a order for almost $200 attempted to call the store numerous times throughout the day to confirm or answer any questions nobody ever picked up the phone and literally at the time when they’re supposed to be delivered. I received an email stating it was canceled no explanation. Simply it was canceled, worse experience and customer service I’ve ever had

The touch screen kiosk does not work appears to have not been working in a long time. I brought it to the person working attention, he seemed to care less. My sandwich has only bacon on it and no other meats. I do not plan to visit this location again, nor would I recommend other people to visit this location. Poor quality sandwich

Worst subway in Ohio! Health department should be involved. Dirty environment, extremely wet bread, cookies were rancid and smelled like MUSTY ARM PITS. Little to NOO VEGETABLES AVAILABLE. Bathroom was filthy with A BROKEN SOAP DISPENSER. Worst location ever in Columbus Ohio. NEVER COME HERE.

The man in charge was very short and curt. The girl working was sweet though. The tables were small, both in size and number of them. It felt like seating was an after thought, which is odd since it offers dining in. The only saving grace I found here was that the soda machine was clean and there was no sticky residue.

MY SANDWICH WAS COMPLETELY DROWNED IN MAYO!!! I pretty much was given mayo with a side of sub!!! I asked the guy to remake my sub and he closed up my sandwich and charged me!!! I hope this place goes belly up because this empty warehouse atmosphere of a subway deserves every one star review they have!!!
