Worst of worst behaviour from the lady here. I might even suffer from indigestion. The way she speaks is so rude as hell. I wonder who she thinks of. Creeps me out . The food was much more worst. No wonder how there's no customer around.

Subway is already a subpar restaurant but this one’s got some of the worst service. The lady there is rude if you finish eating and wait a little while to let your food digest. Her attitude is enough to make you want to vomit. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Go get some Pho next door, instead. They are much nicer and they’ve got better food.

This is one of the absolute best Subway locations I’ve ever come across. Anytime I’m near the OSU campus or within 10 miles of this location. I will go out of my way passing other locations. The owners & staff are absolutely incredible. The food is always delicious and extremely fast.HUGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

WishI could give no star I order on line when I got my food home my flat bread was super hard in places and hard to chew , my husbands sub had the wrong bread An was super cold after a long day at work super disappointed maybe not the best to order on line

I see that others have commented about this place for not being updated, and small and tiny parking lot. I truly have no been to a better Subway! I cannot even believe that I am leaving a review for a Subway...but here I am. The owners/workers here are the nicest people. The sandwich (which I don't understand why it is) was WAY better than normal. The care they took in making it and wrapping it truly was an art!! I ordered online and got there 3 min after ordering (way before it was due). They apologized for it not being ready. It wouldn't have been possible!!! If these folks had a shop near where I live and/or if my Subway locations were 1/100 as good with customers and quality, I would be there all the time. This location is a gem! Don't pass it up!!

We ordered online to get the promo code and after a long day at the pool. Went to pick it up my boyfriends sandwich was done but she was making mine in front of me. When I got home started eating, boyfriend took a couple bites, opened up his sandwich and there was literally like 2 spoonfuls of steak on his sandwich. It was all sauce and toppings. I suggest don't order online and make them do it in front of you

Absolutely love this Subway. I work next door at FleetFeet and they are always engaging in conversation, asking how our busy days are going. It’s hands down the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a Subway. The cleanest Subway. Ownership is top notch. Occasionally when I order there always seems to be a surprise cookie in my sub bag. Thank you guys for being so kind and so outstanding.

I have made two trips to this Subway in the last couple of months and both have been a complete waste of my time. The first time I drove all the way there during normal business hours and they were randomly closed. Today I wasted my time once again by driving there and they didn't have any chicken breast so I then had to drive all the way home empty handed. They're nice but clearly they aren't on top of things like they once were and I'll be going elsewhere from here on out, since I was given no reason to come back to this location. I guess if it were me and someone mentioned the past two experiences they have had, I would have at least asked if they wanted a coupon or something. I usually don't write reviews but now I'm hangry and I hate wasting my time and the last two times have been a complete fail

I hate bashing a small family shop but my order was 30 minutes late for pick up. Not just that though. I watched them harass a dasher who was just trying to pick up an order. Wish I had better things to say right now.
