Usually I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but everything was just terrible. The customer service was terrible - the lady working the drive thru didn’t say anything and when she handed our coffee, it was spilling all over the sides. We waited for quite some time in the drive thru (understanding because drive thrus can be busy), but the food was even more terrible. Our bagel was so burnt it was like chewing on leather and the cream cheese package was given to us already with the seal broken. This used to be our go-to joint because of the customer service and drinks, but it’s gone down hill as a lately. I hope things improve for future customers.

I've been to multiple locations and this is by far the worst. After today we decided not to go back as the coffee was undrinkable. This is a very inconsistent location. Sometimes the lids don't fit and there's a good chance your whole drink will tip over in the car. Even the flavor syrups they use are different (and much worse) than other locations. Definitely shouldn't have given them as many chances as I have but it's stops now. I'll just go to the Dublin location if I must have it.

Not bad, but stay away from the front when it's cold out. Staff was more interested in themselves than the customers. Overall not bad.Dietary restrictions: They will make your sandwich to order if you ask. Got a keto friendly bacon, egg, ham and cheese. No bread.

yesterday was our first time visit this cafe but was disappointed . first ladies who are working didn't greet us, even when we want to order or ask for something not smiling or seems somebody not willing to talk.we ordered two drinks and 3 kinds from bakery but food was not fresh it was as made week ago .one of us ordered hot chocolate and from the name supposed to be hot but was more to warm.not recommended at all althoigh I hoped to have a good experience because it was next to my home ans we were looking for cafe to try and go otger than Starbucks.one more thing K forgot it is not make sense there is no paper plates . Am I supposed to eat food on public table or the paper wrap they serve with food ???

I ordered a ham , egg and cheese bagel this morning and I got food poisoning. :(
Within the past few months the orders have been very inconsistent, I've noticed some of the regular baristas have left, and the service has become uncomfortable. No one should have to be the stereotypical customer service, though being kind takes nothing. I recently ordered a small group order, Let it Snow, Matcha latte with Oat& espresso, iced Matcha latte with oat, breakfast sandwich, and two pastries. The first taste of the hot latte was off and continued to taste sour. Then looking at the iced latte there were milk speckles all throughout the drink and also taste sour/off. As pictured below. I called to ask about the oat milk used, without any apologies for a sour drink, the barista said the milk had not expired so they don't know why it would taste sour... Rude but okay, after a long awkward silence a remake was offered to be made under my name and number. I visited the store the next day for the corrected drinks, the barista was very confused, and questioned the order. I explained the situation and they moved through the order uneasy. The corrected orders also pictured below are drastically different. No one is perfect, I truly understand that in customer service myself, but the inconsistency and customer service is severely lacking at this location and I feel uncomfortable visiting the cafe. Sadly that will be my last visit because it no longer feels inviting. I do not need to be persuaded to revisit, all I ask is to take the constructive feedback neutrally and make adjustments were needed.As an honest first review I would have left a 4/5 stars. The service has always been decent, friendly, and patient with my group orders. The past year I've visited the store I have had no major issues; incorrect orders were far and few between.

I had the peppermint mocha latte with creme on the top and it was very good! I also got an egg and cheese on croissant which was premade and they heated them up! Very nice coffee/tea and breakfast sandwich place! There was lots of seating and a drive through window. The staff was very helpful and the place was clean.

Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!

I've gone to Sweetwater twice in my life, and will never go again. Terrible service, poor product, and a strange atmosphere. There are too many good coffee shops in the area to go to Sweetwater coffee.
