Great food and service but their website needs improvement when it comes to ordering food.

This was my First Time trying my people's food. I was not happy at all. The food was not fresh, meat dry. The cook told me that she do not cook with Haitian recipes Epsi. I love the picture that have when you walk into the restaurant. Inside feels like Haitian but the food does not give me that home feeling. Even as a Haitian Women I did not take to well when I pulled into the parking lot for they had an American flag on top of the Haitian flag. I don't see how that's not disrespectful to our ancestors. At least have the Haitian flag on top and then your American flag. You can't say your an Haitian restaurant because you speak Haitian but you also have to represent who you are and where you come from no matter where you go in life or places you visit. Many blessings to them and much success. I give 4 star not for the food but for the picture that's painted inside the restaurant once you enter it.

Been trying to get to this place since it opened up for about a year I called early around 11 she had but I wanted. I got there at 11:30. It was no way for my food. She literally took her time to Bagget very carefully so nice wonderful place to visit. The food was amazing. Will be back soon. Thanks guys for good customer service.

GREAT FOOD! Great people! Amazing atmosphere!! This is a must try place. My friends and I came and were greeted upon entry. We had help picking out our food options, which we all enjoyed! I tried the red snapper, and I must say… it is the best I’ve had in a while. I recommend anyone in or traveling to columbus to try T-CO Island!!!!!

After telling me 5 minutes and it takes 16, Man at register takes sweet old time bagging the order, going in the back for napkins with no sense of urgency for the customers warm food, then takes 30 seconds to tie the bag and another 30 just to put a grub hub sticker on the bag.After which the man says I to sign off on the order. I told him I already have he asks again and I again tell him I have already confirmed the order. This man comes from behind the counter and walks up on me and acts as if to barricade the door asking to verify something I'd already done and about got an entire case approaching my personal space over this $7 delivery order. Someone had better teach the employee how to deal with customers because he has no idea who he could be dealing with or their background. I shouldn't have to raise my voice about my personal space over a delivery order to an employee who already is lazy about the food the person ordered.
