This location has take improved. The food is being made in the standardized fashion once again and I can get through the drive-thru pretty quickly which was never the case in the past. The employees are also very polite and helpful.

Terrible customer service received on Sunday 4/7 via drive thru. The manager, “Dave” - black guy who is bigger - was extremely rude. My food never got served to me because they were out of everything. I asked for a refund & I the entire staff working that night, including the manager, refused to help. They kept referring me to the app. When I asked them how to navigate to the refund section, they weren’t able to assist.My card was still charged the full amount. I’m not happy.

Order was one thing at the com and then more at the window. Told me a side of potatoes goes in a condiments cup when every taco bell including that one put it in a potato container. Also had to pay for extra beans just to get any on at all since when I order normally it's just bean juice on there. Will not go back to this one.

Drive thru was bad, had to yell in the microphone 3x before I was acknowledged by the worker and spent $25 for my food that was very small in portions. We basically ate a tourtia with nothing in it. The the young lady fill the drinks with ice to the top of the cup and had to ask for new drinks because of the amount of ice.

This Taco Bell is located in a good area of GV, but goodness.. the service is always slow! Then when you pull up to the window you see about 7 people on the line? So confused. Are pars not set, prep not being done before the previous shift ends?It’s to no end I’m always missing something in my bag as well.
Craving Taco Bell breakfast and they literally delivered. Food was perfection. Plenty of sauce packets with variety. Coffee was exactly how I like it. Incredible. Live Más.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever walked into. Through my observations, I'm going to tell you the absolute truth:One time I was in there, the guy was sagging, scratched his rear,then handled the food. I thought it was bad enough when I saw their jeri curls hanging over the food.I went to the bathroom. I went to wash my hands and someone peed in the soap container.Their employees are absolutely ugly when their manager is not around.I'm in there a lot, because I pick up for Uber. I will never eat there, even if they want to give it to me for free.
