Ordered through mobile app, didn't get the sauce I ordered, and they made all my food wrong... And I didn't get a receipt either which is why I'm here making the complaint. Don't know who's in charge of this one but it seems to be going downhill

Food was great!Atmosphere I'm not sure of.I used the drive thru.Interestingly, I had to ask for my change. Yes, it was only a penny, but, I was owed a penny. Am I wrong, or is this penny owed to me? Not a big deal but it should be. Great food though. You might also don't forget to ask for sauce if they don't ask.

Went to the drive thru at 1130pm and they're "only taking door dash orders" and can't take my order despite the door and Google saying they're open until 2am. What good is taco bell if not for their fabled fourth meal?Update 3/28/2024 : They're only taking mobile orders at 930pm. So I've been able to order from this taco bell 0 times.

Ol girl was mean when her system was down. Pulled up to the window and was waved away, girl put cardboard in the window to ignore me. System is down frequently. Food is always old. I’ll make the drive to 161 or the other morse rd.

As a construction worker I like being able to wash my hands before I order and eat. It's 1030 am and the doors are locked. 4 cars in the parking lot as well.

I feel like they are short staffed. It takes a long time to get through the drive-thru. I wasn't even upset didn't mention anything. They comped my food. Although it wasn't necessary it was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be back.

Walked right past the workers(3) sitting on the curb outside when I went inside. I stood for a little bit before I realized all the workers were outside. One did end up coming in to actually do customer service but immediately went back out after I left.
