Wouldn’t take my order, kept asking me about a Sherri movie on the intercom. Pretty weird, still mad they wouldn’t take my order. This happen some time ago but the night crew is on straight trash. Other than that this place is fine.

If you’re looking up reviews for this restaurant, I’m guessing you give a damn about your dining experience. Let me save you some trouble and frustration. On multiple occasions, they’ve screwed up my order. On some of those occasions, they gave unprovoked attitude. The latest was a timed order, so there was no rush. I sympathize reading can be hard for some, but don’t let their failure as a person ruin your Taco Bell craving. And this is during the daytime. Imagine the group of inept failures they have late night, screwing up your orders, laughing about it probably. The last time I tried the one on Kenny Rd, it was a decent experience.Stupid people work at the Graceland location. Don’t waste your time because that location is a lost cause, just like what seems like most Taco Bell locations in the area. You can smell the apathy, and at this particular location, the B.O. well.

Beyond getting my mobile order wrong nearly every time, something tastes FOUL at this taco bell. Like hard shells and similar items are being fried in very old oil. Dont believe me? Read 50% of the reviews from the last few months. Between people getting sick and being served rank old food, nearly everything from this location is inedible and i will no longer return.Also, their website and app feedback are entirely broken so you cannot report and issues to them directly. Hence why i am posting here.Save yourself time, skip this taco hell.

I’ve been a few times and the food is okay. But tonight I went out of my way because they were “open”. I got there and they were closed. Very inconvenient and a waste of time. I own a small donut shop so I understand that difficulty of staffing, but I also understand how easy it is to change your hours for a night. If you aren’t going to be open then tell people. Obviously this place is mismanaged

Everything we just ordered was inedible. It smelled awful, but we attempted to eat it anyway (… $28 later…) and it tasted like old bitter dirty grease. The 2 soft shell items we ordered (so weren’t exposed to the ancient grease) were also old, soft shells were crumbling and the inside contents were like a mushy mess, couldn’t even hold it together. So disappointing. I kept giving this place a try (it’s closer) but I will not be back. Buyer beware, if I am crying in pain on the toilet later I will know why. If the grease and shells were old, I can only imagine what else is wrong, I’d hate to see what the conditions in that kitchen look like.

The POS is down, they can't take card, the ice machine is broken, they're out of beef, they're inexplicably closed or they gave me the wrong order.Why do I keep coming back? Well, for starters it's Taco Bell and daddy's gotta have his chilli cheese burreet, and second, there's no way they're going to mess it up again......right?
