Made a mobile app order went to get it was asked for my name at the drive thru, got to the window in drive thru was again asked my name was told hang on. Worker came to window asked my name again. Received order got home with food only to find out food wasn't made they way it was ordered and items were missing.
Always pleasant at the drive-thru. Orders have been 100% accurate and prepared well.It would be alot nicer if the building and signage was lit up at night.

The white girl at the drive thru literally tried me! She was so disgustingly rude and disrespectful and looked like she just woke up and came to work. The quality of the food was horrible! The customer service these days is so bad!! I haven't experienced anything worse than this in a long time! Don't go in the evening!!

I think it's absolutely ridiculous when you walk into their store they tell you that they will not take your order that they're not allowed to nor do they take cash. If you wish to be waited on you have to use their drive-thru if not they tell you there is a ordering computer behind you do it yourself.To any restaurant that puts us into effect or tries to do this I hope you all go out of business.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Pulled up to speaker was told it was closed at 8:38pm. After going to Kroger I watched two people get served the guy inside then mocked me with a peace sign out the drive up window as I drove off. Would recommend you take you business to the one on

Worst taco bell there is. I work down the street and go there a few times a month. Do not leave the drive thru without checking. They rip you off every time. Order 3 soft taco Supreme. Get 3 soft tacos. Order burrito Supreme get a chili cheese burrito. Order chicken cascades and get hard tacos. This place needs shut down.

Service was slow inside. Waited 20 minutes to order and get our food. Orders were wrong in drive thru making things have to be redone. Very disappointed in this location. We were late for our event we were trying to get to. Food we got was wrong and had to be remade as well.
