I started to give up on the Mexican pizza. The main street Taco Bell is hot or miss and the close to us Taco Bell on south Hamilton never gets the Mexican pizza tasting right. The pizza tastes like chemicals. I found out it is due to the oil not being changed properly. We remembered that East broad is good for getting the food right.Asked if the fryer oil was good, then took one last chance for the Mexican pizza.Thank you! It tasted exactly as it should. Not nasty like chemicals or old oil. Thank you for doing it right!!

I ordered a two chili cheese burritos and two. Orders of chips and cheese. The chili cheese burritos were OK although I do think they’re overpriced. The nachos on the other hand were an absolute train wreck the cheese cups that they gave me were already tiny, and then on top of that they were only about a third full. About as much cheese on there to do about four or five chips out of the bag. Both of the chip cheese orders were like this. I don’t go to Taco Bell very often Would be nice if they Fix. This is a hardly bargain, and very much a rip off.

i went for my lunch break and ordered food using the kiosk in the front. i noticed how short staffed they were however the management and the staff were all super friendly and amazing at what they were doing despite how big the lunch rush was they all kept their cool. i was super impressed. will for sure be coming back :)

I ordered a number 6 combo and noticed they overcharged me by .20. I told them about it and the manager get very rude. I told her she was rude and she wasn't going to give me my .20 back and tried to make me take my order to go.. The manager finally refunded my whole order and threw me out. They overcharged what was on their menu board and I will NEVER be back. Cheating customers is never a good thing and the manager was complicit in the over charging.

I ordered a value box of 6 soft and 6 hard tacos, and 1 coke to go. When we open up the food order my tacos were only 1/4 full with mostly lettuce & a very small amount of meat. This food was for construction workers putting a roof on my house. Needless to say they wouldn't even eat it. Worst of all the manager at 6790 E Broad St. Columbus Ohio made my food.

Me and my family of 5 go in NO ONE EVEN GREETS US AND TAKe OUR ORDER 15 Minutes go by and a worker comes up and asked if we needed something at the point I was about to walk out. Ounce we order and get our food after 20 MINUTES We check the bag my kids taco shell is Burt and has barely had any meat how do you mess that up.

Well if you can spare to go so place else. DO IT. 15 min to get food for dine in.. An to top is off the dinning room was absolutely aweful. Moldy water on soda counter, sticky tables, trash all over the floor, the girls where more intersted in lastnights happenings. The manager was walking around with a clip board doing nothing. Then when I asked about our food she was like "yea we are about to start it". How why, there are little to no one here. I see why business here is slow. Skyline has more cars in lot an drive thru then here an I see why...
