Got food from this location a few times and each time the food was unsatisfactory. Old, stale shells, food not made to specific instructions, missing items, often received crushed and one time wet (Why was the order wet???) Avoid this taco bell. It should be shut down or undergo major staff change

Taco Bell could be smart like every other restaurant and cancel orders through delivery if items are unavailable instead of replacing food. For instance, I ordered a nacho cheese taco and received a basic taco that was smashed. I ordered the new Cantina Chicken Burrito that comes with the new avocado salsa but instead I received a half a bag of hot sauce packets. Just because someone is visiting the hood and ordering Taco Bell does not mean they like hot sauce.It all started with an order from another restaurant and they canceled because they didn't have an item. So I would think Taco Bell would cancel my order if they did not have the new avocado verde salsa that is listed as an item that is served with the new items on the menu. No they decided to serve it with a bag of hot sauce.

The coolest taco bell aroundI don't drink but this place serves alcoholThe team working was so incredibly niceOur food was actually hot and tasted greatWe bought nacho fries, and they were hit and had flavor, and was a full container which almost every taco bell we go to serves cold, and doesn't fill the container.

Extremely understaffed (and probably underpaid) employees are unable to keep up with the campus rush. Avoid if you can. The food is typically fine(ish), but I've been waiting for an hour for a doordash pickup that says it's already ready. 50 other people here are probably in the same boat.

If I could give 0 stars I would the older lady on second shift is RUDE! We get up to the window because we had an order to pick up for grub hub. She tells us to go to the parking lot and wait some other worker was coming around with a black cart giving peoples orders to them outside while it’s 30 degrees out! She gets to our car and asks us who the pickup is for and replies with “nope don’t got that one” goes to the next car we sat there for 35 minutes waiting finally decided to go back through the drive thru and the older woman finally gave us the order. We had the person who ordered the grub hub complain their food was cold and their food they ordered had no meat barley in it only it one corner of the wrap and no sauce it was supposed to have. The lady at the window kept yelling at us saying they only had one person making food we have had long long wait times and issues with rude employees everyone we go here. I would stay clear and just take the time to drive down the road to the other one on high street! Their way quicker food is way better and their busier and still get the food out quicker.
