Food was just ok. Thought it would be better after reading other reviews. It was ready quickly and the staff was nice.

So this is a strange little spot. Firstly, it's in a weird office park type building, but I'm not one to judge so quickly... Inside is strange. Another Yelper said it felt like an office break room and that's very accurate. A handful of tables, OSU memorabilia on one wall and maybe family photos and pro-military things on another wall. The (presumed) owner is talkative and friendly, but almost overwhelmingly so. Like "hand on your shoulder" small town restaurant kind of friendly. That's cool for some people but not all people. The food was served in plastic to-go dishes with plastic cutlery which is wild. I got a chicken burrito smothered in queso and it was good cheap Tex Mex. It reminded me of Don Pablo's (for all my other olds.) It's not the worst I've ever had, but I can't see myself going out of my way to try it again anytime soon. I would get it to go before I stayed to eat. It's not bad at all, it's just not my cuppa.

I'm on a quest to find the best coney sauce in Columbus. Tried 2 places this week and neither met expectations.. How would I describe the Holy Grail of Coney sauces.......Svenson (Polaris). Rich and sweet. The also use it to-make sloppy Joes. Talitas has good food and friendly staff, no problems and I may be too picky but Until ifindva bettrr one Svenson rules.

This family owned resturant if wonderful and highly favored and flavored. I offically love this place. Ive been in twice so far, and it has been worth it everytime. Was greeted from the door with love and blessing from the owner and friends. Has great prices and deals on food. Amazing filling portions. Food and sweets is delicious! Also, the family made sauces. Excuse the photo i had alread dug into my plate and ate one of my tacos and my coney dog! ??

I ate at the original Talitias on High st and Dodridge , I hope this is the same family. After closing their last resturant north high st in Clintonville I lost contact. I will surely make the hour drive to eat here again.

I started visiting Talita's in the early '70's and my indulgence exploded when Franky had his shop on Karl Rd. I am probably one of the few that has been to every Talita's location, yep, I'm old. I continue to enjoy the Tex-Mex fare and almost always get a beef, bean and rice burrito smothered in enchilada sauce with beans and rice on the side...and a don't forget the corn nacho! It's a bit of a haul for me now (35 minutes+) but I always make it in to see Franky as often as possible. God Bless you, my friend.

Very Friendly service and greetings, I wanted to taste the coney without condiments then with... mustard and then onion.... I really liked the coney with both but not so much without. Small cozy atmosphere...nice nostalgic music in the background and pictures on the walls

Always love talitas ?? best wet and cheesy burrito ever ? been going since I was a little girl
A friend recommended this restaurant, so I thought I'd give it a try. I got the smothered bean and rice burrito. The burrito was larger than I had expected. It was served in a plastic meal prep container with plastic fork and knife. Included in the burrito were lettuce and onions; I added sour cream and green hot sauce. The burrito tasted good. The staff was super friendly. The price wasn't bad.

This family treats you respect and show you love like family. The food is delicious and the pricing is fair. Plus I support veterans and this business is owned by a Marine. He will have my support.

Great basic Mexican food far better than the big chain.
