Impeccable service, intimate booths, well stocked bar, and approachable feel. Our waiter made me feel like we were old friends, he was accommodating and helpful with selections. They have a well stocked bar and I had an excellent manhattan and even a vesper. The wedge had some of the best blue cheese dressing I've ever had, and I've had my fair share of wedges. The burger was delicious and the sesame bun was perfect. It felt super cozy and inviting!

Really wonderful atmosphere, they made us feel very welcomed.Service was pretty good — our waiter was kind and polite and accurate. My SIL did send back her burger and it was taken, but not removed from the check. We were offered a dessert instead, but I was surprised that they took the food and did not comp the meal.Beyond that, the experience was lovely. The food was very good, the prices were not too high for such quality food. We were happy with our experience, all in all.

I had previously only been to the Dublin location. This one has some onion rings which do not appear on the menu and are absolutely to die for. It is a funny thing to even mention at this sort of restaurant but seriously. Think of a food that you want to eat, your favourite food. These onion rings are better. 5 stars just for the hidden menu greatness

Walk in for dinner at the bar on a busy Friday night and received immediate and excellent service. Been to The Avenue multiple times and enjoyed meals in the dining room. The high quality, fresh food and drinks are consistently well prepared, balanced and full of flavor. The avocado crab salad and oysters are my go-to! Ambiance is contemporary yet classic and comfortable. Nestled in Grandview, it’s a bubbly spot within walking distance to local shopping, experiences and dining.

Our waitress and the staff was extremely kind and generous! My niece recently had surgery and asked for a “good steak” upon recovery. We knew she had to visit the Avenue to fulfill her request. It was such a wonderful experience on all fronts. The waitress presented by niece with a dessert on the house that said Congratulations! Needless to say her NY strip steak was cooked to perfection as well. This was such a special meal and we had to celebrate at the Avenue!!

Felt bad for the servers having to squeeze around everyone- but they did it with great care! Loud on a Friday night. Apps were great, linguine and clam not so much— tough pasta, little flavor.
This might be my new favorite! Great smaller space than some of the other steak houses in town. Beyond the excellent food and ambiance, what stood out was how kindly we were treated from the second we walked in. We left feeling that we just made a bunch of new friends! Our server was politely attentive and extremely personable. The rest of the staff were just as lovely. Great neighborhood restaurant vibe. A+!

The steak was cooked perfectly to my temperature. The Caesar salad with the anchovies was excellent as the anchovies had just a hint of fresh lemon. That brought the salad to a new level. Kelly my barkeep was willing to chat and was attentive. The restaurant was loud but it was 7:30 on a Friday night. I’ll definitely be back.
