For having such a large menu everything is always pretty good and I appreciate that consistency. Lots to choose from, dining is actually fairly quiet considering all the people on this busy place so good design there. And the cheese cake. Can’t go wrong with that. Overall a great place for lunch or dinner.

Food was mid and fairly expensive. The service was poor and the portions seem to have shrunk.

Went over this past weekend, my first time there, and the server we had was absolutely wonderful. Someone in my party got a steak that wasn't cooked right so we sent it back then the replacement was even worse, according to the server. So she got the manager and had it taken off of our bill and the manager asked us to order something else for free. We just wanted cheesecake at that point but even though we had that happen it was still a lovely experience. That server got a great tip and absolutely deserved it!!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there, as well as with my group. They have a good kids menu and cups with lids to help prevent spills.

It was decently loud and busy, which set a bit of anxiety. Otherwise the waiter was kind and apologized when someone else made a mistake. Food was average.

This was our first time coming to any Cheesecake Factory. Overall, the food was very good. But I feel like our experience was off to a bad start because of the host's attitude. She sat us at a dirty table (crumbs all over the seats and literal trash on the ground), and overall had a tone of voice with us that wasn't warranted at all. The food didn't come out all at the same time, but honestly the cheesecake we had at the end was so great it almost made up for it all. But the first impression is really going to stick with us.

Very good service and food! I love the cheeseburger egg rolls and the pineapple upside-down cheesecake.

Man, what happened to cheesecake factory? It used to be fine dining, but the food, workers and cleanliness were all so below adequate.

Delicious as always. My biggest complaint is the overcrowding of guests and those who don't respect the restaurant they are in. There is nothing the restaurant can really do about that. The white chocolate raspberry is still the best cheesecake they have.

90 minutes for my food. They screwed it up twice. Once it went to the wrong table and then it was remade without the chicken, they took it to the back and it took 45 minutes to get it back. Everybody else I was with ate their food in front of me. We got here at 7:30 and I didn't get my food until 9pm. I hadn't eaten since 12pm at lunch. My girlfriends orange chicken had the nasty crunchy junk from the bottom of the deep dryer in it. Not to mention the booths were terribly uncomfortable. The manager tried to be funny about it too. It's a shame, I wanted to like this place. I won't be back.

I liked the place. The old-fashioned burger I ordered was very tasty. So was the milkshake. The cake looks like it'll be very tasty, so I can't wait to try when I get back. The only complaint was that we didn't get our food till like 1:40 when we managed to get our reserved 1pm table early(because we were and they had room). Even then, I didn't get my burger till 1:55. But other than that, I enjoyed everything.Edit: They charge a dollar fifty for a slice of cheese, and don't tell you up front. Which I don't like. A dollar fifty for a singular slice of cheese is kinda stupid, but eh. I enjoyed the rest of it.

Cheesecake Factory always has huge portions. If you're one who likes to have leftovers for the next day's lunch, any entre selection will qualify. With such a wide variety and selection, the menu can be a little overwhelming for me personally. My ADHD brain goes into distracted overload mode. If narrowing down your options and making a single selection can be a struggle for you as well, opting to review the menu beforehand may be helpful. Though when busy, the dining area can be a bit loud, it wasn't uncomfortably so. Though others have a differing opinion I like this better as a family-gathering dinner as opposed to a date night contender.
