The atmosphere is "classy" and romantic. No kids were running around or screaming. That was Very nice! Lol It was a quite place. I love how the booth wraps around you with high walls making the privacy great. Our waiter was ok-ish. Apparently he's a real estate agent at his other job and felt the need to pass out his card? Which seems a little odd and out of place to advertise yourself at? Its not waffle house!! My husband however was not bothered by it. We did go without drinks for a while during our 2 hour visit. There were a few different people that helped when he was running behind though so that was nice. The food was good to me, but not to my husband. He was not impressed and was thankful we were using gift card to pay for it. I'd go back just for the atmosphere and dessert was yummy so was the cheese dip. Lol Rose petals were on the table along with a tea light candle that you have the option to light. I say go at least once and see for yourself. Lol my husband said he would go like once a year. Overall, it was not a bad experience and we both recommend at least going once.

We had a reservation for dinner. They made us wait almost an hour in the lobby while they sat walk ins and other people with reservations. While we stand and wait continuously while others walk in and get

My husband and I have been coming to this location to celebrate various occasions for over a decade now. Unfortunately, after the service we received at our most recent visit, we probably won’t be back. We hadn’t been in probably over a year, so my husband booked a visit for my birthday a couple weeks ago. The woman who took us to our table was not super friendly — they usually point out the restrooms, etc., which we were already familiar with and didn’t need, but she made us feel like an inconvenience walking to our table. Oh well, whatever. Our server came over not too long after and seemed nice enough. Unfortunately, while I cannot stress enough that he was very nice, he was not a good server — at ALL. We both ordered a drink from the bar — i got the “modern” old-fashioned, which looked nothing like the picture, did not have the orange peel, and frankly just looked a bit sad. Considering the drink was roughly $15, that is unacceptable. My husband finished his drink by the time the salad came out and a busser came by and collected his empty glass. Mine was gone not long after — I assumed our server would ask us if we wanted another one (and I realize we could have asked if we really wanted one), but he totally ignored it. We both had nearly empty water glasses by the time the main course rolled out — again, he totally ignored them. In our past experiences, there was always someone roaming around topping off water glasses but that didn’t happen during this visit. Our server never once asked us how anything tasted — aside from bringing us our food, he totally ignored us and never checked on us. Usually they come back and ask us if we’d like any more dippers for the cheese course, etc. if they notice we are low on a certain item. He also took an incredibly long time to clear anything away/bring out a new course. At one point, he cleared one course and told us he’d be back with the next and it was half an hour before he returned. Obviously, the full Melting Pot experience does take a good amount of time, but service on this particular evening was ridiculously slow. My husband ended up asking for the check immediately once the chocolate course was delivered —otherwise, we probably would have been waiting around forever for it. All in all, we felt like the evening was a giant waste of money, although at least we had plenty of time to enjoy each other’s company. The food was good, but that’s about it. Like I said, we’ve always enjoyed coming here, but it’s apparently time for a new tradition.

Wow! Disappointed is the understatement of the year! Our waiter was sweating so bad, we worried his sweat would drip on us each time he returned. He dropped off our receipt and it was soaking wet from being in his pocket. We didn't even touch it. He basically threw our plates down and acted very annoyed to be working today. Ambiance was so bad. Ceiling tiles missing in bathroom. Everyone around us was frustrated and it was only 4pm. Price was $160 for two without cocktails. I will be surprised if it's open in 6 months!!!

Our visit to The Melting Pot left us considerably underwhelmed, failing to meet our expectations. Despite opting for the Balloon Package as an additional expense, which included a mere five balloons, and a squeeze toy. The overall dining experience was not commensurate with the substantial cost incurred. Regrettably, the quality of the meal did not align with the elevated price point, leaving us feeling as though we had overpaid for a substandard experience.

What a romantic evening! We had a great, delish time at the melting pot. Our waitress Audrey made it even more special with always being on top of everything (including the numerous drinks my spouse goes through), her big smile and being so kind, offering to take our picture, always asking if she can get us any extra dippers, etc. You guys made our night magical.

Never been there. Interesting experience. Didn't expect to have to cook everything. Restaurant smells a bit. Service and food was good. Very pricey. Won't go back anytime soon.

First time for my family to visit this place. Everything seems to be poorly cleaned. Silverware was covered with cheese from the prior users. When changing from first course to the second, we were asked to put used sticks to the second course soup, to clean up the cheese from the first course. I was shocked as it's like cleaning other people's used sticks in a soup you are about to eat... I don't understand why can't provide a new set of sticks for the money they charge. Plus the server didn't refill water even once

Justin made a great suggestion to put rose petals on the table. My wife knew I'd gotten flowers, but she didn't expect the rose petals! This added to a great experience for our 43rd anniversaryI truly couldn't have added anything to make it better, well worth every dollar spent, plus!Additionally, the service was great, very anxious to please at every turn.We had the "Big Night Out +" (with lobster and tenderloin)FANTASTIC!

This could have been such an amazing experience, but it was an overpriced waste. We decided to come here for valentines day.. we were in a very small table and didn't have much room. We've never done with before and was quite uncomfortable. We did the 4 course meal couple option. Salad was okay, cheese was okay, but the meat, lobster, shrimp had no flavor and we had a tiny area to cook our food. The lighting is very poor so we ended up eating undercooked food and now I'm vomiting all over the place. Unfortunately, we just didn't have enough light to see if the food was done. It's REALLY EASY to accidently cross contaminate your cooking area. The dessert and Ying yang chocolate was great. I do say, that was the best. If we were to over come back, were only coming for salad and dessert. Side note, our server was really nice. He was great, no issues at all with him. The bathroom was kinda gross and smelled weird, and some of the people that worked there were.... unpleasant. I could hear them complaining about their job, tips, etc... I don't want to hear how much you hate your job while I'm trying to enjoy my night at YOUR establishment.I personally won't bring my children here due to how easy it it to cross contaminate food and get sick.Over all, it was almost $200 for two and we'll go to Jeff Ruby's next time. If I'm going to spend that kinda money, at least I know I'll get a great steak at Ruby's.Save your money, go somewhere else.Oh! I will say, I did like the roses and plushie you can add onto your bill for $50. My husband did that for me.Like I said, this could be such an amazing experience... alot of people seem to enjoy this place. Really sad we wasn't able to enjoy it like everyone else. ?

Our table wasn’t ready yet so we sat at the bar with Justin. Even after we were sat at our table, he was super attentive and friendly and checked on us several times. Very personable guy with very cool cats. Will be back to see Justin.

This was our first time here and we were EXTREMELY disappointed. We didn't realize you had to boil your meat to cook it! Boiled chicken, steak, and pork? Terrible. The fondue was meh but that could've been our fault for choosing the one we did. The best part was the chocolate fondue at the end. All in all, I will actively talk someone out of going there if it's ever brought up. $200+ for a minuscule portion of boiled meat you have to cook yourself. Disappointed is an understatement.
