Check your receipt. On top of the manager, Gloria E, making our drink completely wrong 3 times and getting upset with us for it, she even added a 15% tip to our order without us even knowing. We ordered our drink and asked for pudding instead of boba. The manager said yes to letting us substitute pudding for the boba and pearl, but when we got our drink, it had boba and no pudding. That was okay, we just wanted our pudding. When we asked again for what we ordered originally, she started getting upset with us saying we ordered the wrong drink. We clarified we wanted the chocolate milk tea with pudding instead of boba and pearl, but she walked away as we were explaining and didn’t even listen to us. Then she again made the wrong drink. After asking for the chocolate with pudding, she made the chocolate without any pudding. She was upset with us and kept saying that drink doesn’t come with any pudding even though she said yes she could make it with pudding instead of boba and pearl. After finally getting the right drink on the fourth one, there was so much chocolate malt, that it couldn’t even dissolve into the drink. For the past two drinks, after she shook it, the chocolate dissolved into the drink. This time, there was a giant clump just sitting at the bottom. Even after shaking it for a good minute and stirring it with the straw, I almost choked on all the powder. The picture shows how much was left after we mixed it. It was terrible service and did not feel welcoming whatsoever. We were being patient just asking for the pudding we wanted and were promised, but we were rushed and not listened to and belittled. I hope the owners can train the manager better so both the team and customer retention rate will not suffer.

Literally the best boba in all of Central Ohio. I've been to sooo many different boba cafes but this one, this one takes the cake. I originally tried Tiger Sugar in Los Angeles California and immediately fell in love with it. Ever since they opened one here it's been my go to place for boba tea. The size you get for the price you pay actually feels worth it compared to other place. I get a 24oz for $7 while a 12oz at other places goes for $10.I'd choose Tiger Sugar over any other boba Cafe and I'll stand on that till I dieThank you guys so much :)

Me and my boyfriend used to go to Kung Fu Tea for bubble tea, but after so many times of them messing up our order, we decided to try something new. We came to Tiger Sugar today, I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but their bubble tea blew me away! The taste is so much better and for the same price as most bubble tea spots. Tiger Sugar is a must!
