Only reason I give 2-stars is that my boyfriend loves their French Vanilla Capucinno. Food is great if done correctly. Past couple of times have been a miss. Yesterday I ordered through their app two Take 12's of their Original Coffee and Hot Chocolate. Upon pick-up, none of it was getting done until I got there. I went on a Monday morning and it was just fine. Got two bagels that were great, The place was clean and the people were kind. Only reason they lost a star was that they ran out of peppermint syrup, which I thought was strange that early in the day, but they did offer an alternative of just using the peppermint bark for the latte instead. I passed on that, but I did appreciate the attempt to make it right.
