Consistently some of the worst service I have ever gotten from a TH. New featured menu items pop up every month or so, which will have signs out front. I have tried to order these items numerous times and the workers tell me they don't have those items very rudely every single time. The drive thru workers seem to go out of their way to let you know how much they hate every customer that comes through, always very snippy and rude. Maybe my group caught them on a bad day under staffed .. The heat was out or off inside it was colder inside vs outside ?..I think they only had 2 people working both occupied with drive thru service so it took a while to get to customers inside. I was not a fan of this location. We were traveling and decided to stop for coffee and a quick meal. I was waiting to use the restroom for 10 minutes and decided to ask if they required a key for use. I was told that the ladies' restroom was out of order.
