It never fails that every time I go to this particular Tim Hortons, they never have what I'm stopping in for. Another really bad point is that no one there seems to actually enjoy working there. It would be nice to get what you came for, then the poor customer service could be written off, but the combination of the 2 makes this place a terrible place to stop.
Use to be my favorite tim hortons... not sure what happened. The rude woman working drive through window easter sunday morning should quit if she hates her job so much, too much to ask for a water at the window. Cant use more then 1 coupon per order, wont take seperate orders with 4 people in the car. Then the food matched the attitude, egg shells in my sandwhich, cappuccino was hot water with no flavor, and the netella cold brew was ice water with a clump of nutella in the bottom......read full review

This is a great little store. The coffee and food are delicious. The location isn't the best with mainly on way on and out, unless you drove back completely around the store then exit by Lowes or where the torn down old Big Bear location used to be. Again great coffee, not so great location.
