I hate to write a bad review because the customer service is so good on some days like today but the food just doesn’t turn out the way you want. It’s like you have to be very specific for a simple order.I asked for a classic bagel with strawberry cream cheese.In my 22 years of life and my family growing up with Tim Hortons, I have not seen such thing. They normally spread the cream cheese on your bagel theirselves.. very disappointing.I recommend just going to Tim Hortons down the street towards Groveport.

this location is always lacking. I go to the canal Winchester location during the week and it's always perfect. my coffee is fresh and my food is hot. I live closer to this location so I visit on the weekends, my coffee never tastes fresh and I never get the right double double. the grill is always "broken" as well so they can never make my breakfast. The service is sub par at best.

Was no donuts, 4 workers and there was a line outside and inside. Workers was slow. Only 4 people in line, employee yelled across the store telling someone to stay out. Yelling wasp was in store. Customer came in from drive threw saying coffee was cold.

I asked for three and got one of them simple done correctly, which was the tim bits. I was given a messed up wrap and the incorrect order of a drink. Payed fully, but not happy with how this was given seemed like the guy had no care for how it was served. Not sure if i will order from this location or another in the future.

Lady that took my order was really good and got everything correct even though it was a big order. She was nice and very pretty. I should've asked for her number but I fumbled the bag.

I keep going thinking the service will get better but it doesn’t so im done! My ice capp is always so watery it’s ridiculous, toasted bagel NEVER has enough cream cheese to even coat one half of bagel! They never have bags and napkins to give you with your food, and the staff is very unfriendly especially the one’s making the bagels that just come hand them out the window and never say a word! I will not be going back
